Unbelievable! Thats the word to use for this facility. I ordered some exercise equipment ($1500 worth) - they, FedEx Ground, delivered it to the WRONG house! Correct house number correct zip code; WRONG street name! They were off by almost 2 miles! Then when I called them to inform them of their error. They were willing to have me, the customer, wait until the next day or even Monday of the following week! I dont get it. How can someone not be able to get the correct street name. This is 2013 almost 2014 correct? The person whom I was finally put on the phone(their number is conveniently unlisted or rather they will not answer it) with(Mark or Marcus) said "Our drivers are on their way in to the site and would not be able to pick it up and deliver to the CORRECT house." All the while he was giggling on the phone. The items were delivered to the WRONG house at around 1030AM, they were informed of the problem around 530PM when the owner of the WRONG house informed me! Very inflexible company that will not correct their mistakes. According to Google Maps it would have taken them over 45 minutes to do it correctly. That is pick up the items at the WRONG house and deliver them to the CORRECT house. I personally will not do business with FedEx ever. I called the WRONG house owner and told him I was picking the items up myself since they are unreliable. It took me over 15 minutes to pick up load and unload the items. There is another item that the supplier will send me in a couple of days. Lets see if they get this one correct - Ill keep you posted of the results.

Drivers do not check to see if any one is home. Multiple times I have seen them pull up with the door tag already filled out. They do not ring the bell or know on the door, just put the door tag and leave. I also got a call saying that a package that is out for delivery requires someone to be home. I took the day off work so that I could receive my package, they never showed. I called and was told it would be delivered the next day, again a no show. Called a third time and was guaranteed that it would be delivered on Saturday, guess what another no show. When I called to complain I was told that all drivers have returned and that it would be Tuesday for the delivery. I do not have unlimited vacation time, so far I have wasted 2 vacation days for no shows. I refuse to do business with any company that ships FedEx now. I call before placing an order and if I am told it ships FedEx I order from someone else.

Fed Ex Home Delivery has never successfully delivered us a package. The 1st time they delivered a $500 cell phone to the elderly couple next door. Then, the next time, they left a note saying that they couldnt deliver an LCD monitor to us without a signature so we signed the portion of the note at the bottom that says, "Sign here to allow fed ex to deliver the package without you being home." We signed it and 2 days later they left an identical note right next to it and did not deliver the package. They have also delivered 2 packages to my parents house that were not for them and they had to take them to the correct house. Its to the point where if I want to order something and the website says that FEDEX Home Delivery is the carrier they use, I will find another site so that I can be confident that I will actually get my package.

I live in a building where you have to use a call box to get into it. Fedex tracking says that they have tried to deliver the package three days in a row but couldnt. They have not even attempted to get in the building via the call box any of those three days. I know because I have no missed calls on my phone. After the first day of missing the package I left specific instructions with the door tag on how to get in. They still did not attempt to call me. I hate when companies ship fedex because I ALWAYS end up having to drive across the city to pick up my items and it always ends up taking way longer than it was supposed to. Edit: I drove 20 minutes to their facility in council bluffs to pick up my package and the greatest irony is that in order to get into their facility I had to use a CALL BOX. I died a little bit inside.

Expecting a package, received a door tag once (not filled out), signed it and left it on the door - website said FedEx would attempt delivery again the next day. No door tag, and the website said it would attempt delivery again the next day - again no package and no new door tag. Called customer service because the website gives me no option to change where I want package delivered or to hold at a fedex office, customer service is adamant that three door tags were left and their driver tried to deliver the package. Every time I get something shipped FedEx, I know it is going to be a hassle and I dread it. For a logistics company, they suck at logistics.

Fed Ex Home Delivery was unable to deliver to my address...no big deal, I just scheduled a local pickup at a Fed Ex store. But wait! It was a Saturday and Fed Ex doesnt deliver on Mondays, so I was told I could pick it up on Tuesday. Unfortunately Fed Ex failed here too...took a whole day to process the delivery instructions (the scheduled pickup location was less than 5 miles from the distribution center) and the packaged ended up being delayed 5 days. All 5 days the package was less than 5 miles from my home and I was unable to get it! I will never willingly give another cent to Fed Ex and I will be advising all my friends to do the same.

Terrible, I will avoid FedEx whenever I make a purchase. My package is in my small town on a truck but I can not get it, I must sit at home for 8 hours. The thing is, you and I know, they know almost exactly when they will be at my house but wont tell me. I will not get this package and it will be returned. Way stupid. Then it will get shipped to me again.

It seems that they have no care in the world. I called two days ahead of my package being in my city to make sure I could go pick it up at their home location. So what do they do! They still send it out on delivery the day it arrived even though I called two days ahead!! Why do people have to have their heads up their butts. Just why

Package has been stuck here for days with no attempt to deliver it. Called customer serviced atleast a dozen times over the course of 4 days. Everytime they would promise "it will be on tomorrows delivery." Day after day nothing changes, and no package.

Fedex is worthless, delivery exception for no reason and no option to even go pick up the package. Wouldnt deal with them at all if it wasnt for the people shipping things to me via this worthless company
