I have NEVER had an issue in this business. Recently, we needed to find some tracking info (lost receipt) and they were SO helpful!!! Even faxed me Proof of Delivery! I have NEVER dealt with someone so helpful in this kind of setting. So accommodating. We will continue to use this shop as our shipment headquarters!

Dropped a package off a month ago and the company never received it. Very simple task to ship, pre-paid shipping label was attached and ready to go with all info of who was shipping and who was receiving. Beyond comprehension that this cannot be done competently. Go somewhere else!!!
