UPS dropoff? No problem. But... if the 6ft tall, Splotchy skinned psycho terrier dude is working, forget having a good day. The post office was closed and I needed to ship to a PO box in a small town. No hurry , no big deal. I had to suffer a lecture on why I shouldnt ship that way. I asked why we were having this conversation? "Ok, well whatever" Then, he DEMANDS I pay for a USPS tracking number and confirmation. I begin to argue and ask why, but the guys head is about to explode, so I take my package and leave. I have had repeated run-ins with this guy and he must be the owners son. I thought I could avoid this idiot this time, but no, he is easy to excite and has something going on that has to be seen to be believed. Good luck, the guy seems to have been there for years.

First off, BLAKE IS A FING DICK. I needed a simple notary so when i pre called just to make sure everything was fine, he was ignorant and rude, and just awful on the phone.. The store is a convenient location so i went up there anyways. Let me break and say the hispanic lady, i think her name was Christina was great ! Had excellent customer service. Back to Blake. I felt uneasy around him and he was just running too fast (Drugs?) and i didnt like how he spoke to a customer on the phone .. Saying "Well thats not my problem." How rude can you get ? I do NOT recommend this store to anyone . He needs to be let go and get someone in there who has excellent customer service .. Like Christina ! I cant remember her name but the hispanic lady!!

Add my negative review to the pool. They do awful service. Today when I walked in the "nazi" waved me over rudely literally as I opened up the door and spoke to me curtly the whole time as if he wanted me out ASAP. The first time I visited he glared at me up and down as if he despised my appearance, and then criticized my service request without me prompting him and even hardly speaking to him at all, which was extremely unwelcome. He acted as if he hated me, a perfect stranger. Im never going back to this location again. These people hate their jobs, possibly even their own lives, and take it out on you. They deserve to see their business go under, for it is the just price of treating people so poorly.

They dont double check addresses. Ive had two bad experiences at this store so far, three if you count the call I just had with the "kid" who works there (evidently its a father and son store?) -- Anyway, was trying to track a package and the "kid" got all uppity on the phone with me saying I should have known when the package was going out and they would have told me when I delivered it. They did not. Bad atmosphere, bad service. I have another UPS Store I love (Coit & Belt-Line) and the people who work there have also commented on the bad service by this store @ GB & Garland. Too bad. Convenient, but will never ever be going back and will do my best to steer others away from this location.

Be careful with the guy in there. He is very weird and I didnt feel safe being around him. Unfortunately, he is the only person running the show in there. Complaining for corporate office wont help...they will tell you "this is a franchise UPS Store not a UPS" and there is nothing they can do to fix disagreements. They refused to refund me for a next day air shipment they lost and later found and delivered days after its original promised delivery date. UPS as a whole has an unacceptable code of conducts (corporate ppl hang up phone on customer) in doing business...which promotes and explains for such bad "UPS Store" service.

Ive never had bad service at this location until I encountered Blake! Every bad review written about this place has been about him, Now I know why. He is a rude, bitter, angry little man that talks down to people and seems to hate his job. I went to pick up a UPS package and he started yelling as soon as I walked in the door. ARE YOU PICKING UP A PACKAGE? UPS IS GIVING FALSE INFORMATION! YOU NEED YOUR TRACKING NUMBER NOT JUST YOUR ID! DID YOU GET AN EMAIL FROM THEM! Before I could even respond he yells" LET ME DUMB IT DOWN!" I will never again return to this location Because of this hateful and ignorant man.

Went in to drop a package and Blake was telling me if I did not live in Garland then I should not be at this UPS store. Very rude. Even after I told him that I was sorry I came to this store he would not leave it alone stating because I work in Plano I should have gone to a store between 75 and 121. I told him that I work off Jupiter and George Bush and this was the one on the way home. He still told me that I should not have gone to his store in Garland. I should have drove to one in Plano. Never going to this store again.

Went in because I needed a notary public. The guy working there seemed pretty wound up. He would not notarize my documents because I had no drivers license. I had a passport and a driving permit. He then gave me terrible directions to the municipal court building and kinda rushed me out of the store. Weird situation that didnt have to be. Went to another notary...no DL issue at all. Will not be heading back to this store unless Im in need of some frustration or wanna see someone overreact to even the slightest thing.

Plain and simply avoid Blake if you can. He may be the manager or owner but he clearly hates talking to you. Especially if youre asking for rate options before you decide which method to ship by. And if you ask for his opinion on if he thinks USPS might offer a lower priced option, hell say if he knew that he would win the lottery. Which was sandwiched in his 12 min condescending lecture on why my repurposed Target shipping box is the reason UPS rates are higher. I honestly didnt understand the connection.

I literally went in here just to buy a box for my Amazon return (theres an Amazon locker at the 7-11 nearby) and was faced with possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. The associate there would not sell me a box because he thought I was doing my return wrong. He did not understand how the locker return process worked, and we sat there and argued for like 15 minutes. All I wanted was a box. Incredibly frustrating experience.

really appreciate the efficient service from Blake and his staff. At first, he seemed a little curt when I went in. I soon realized that every time I was in and out of the store in record time, my needs were met and I was on my way. He took time the last time to find me the cheapest way for him to make me 50 copies, then made the copies, rang me up and I was on my way. May not win any popularity contests, but the service is first rate.
