Worst customer service ever I had a package schedule to deliver to my house and the driver did not leave the package because no one was home because I open a case in December when I did not receive a package. I called the customer service and this office called me and the woman on the phone was rude and yelling over me and informed me there is a restriction on my address because I opened a claim back in December and every thing that gets delivered to my house needs a signature. That doesnt make any sense I paid a delivery fee to get my package delivered to my house and the driver wont leave it. When I asked for a manager she said I am the manager I said I want a number to complain and she laughed go ahead Ill Just call you right back and tell you the same thing and hang up I called the customer number again and told them what happened and they informed the manager will get you are compaing about will get this complaint and call you. So who do I complain to the lady on the phone all you can do is email and see who gets it. Really!!! now I dont have my package and I had to pay an additional fee to change the address to get my package delivered to. This is the worst place ever and after reading the reviews I guess I am not the only one that thinks that way. I just dont understand if so many people complain why they still have the same management. If you dont like your job go find a new one

No greeting when you come in. I asked how they were and they answered, but didnt care to ask how I was...what customer service....then when my pkg. was weighed, I was told a ridiculously high amount to mail it..and was told it was the "cheapest way"...I told the person that I always use the Post Office and they were never that high, she said, "I can tell you exactly wheat they would charge for this" and came back with something twice as high as what she quoted. I went the next day to the Post office and it was 1/2 what UPS was going to charge, and got there in two days. My first and LAST experience with UPS!!!

I had a package delivered. I told a lady name Tara that i live in Phase 1 she told the driver phase 2. She also told me that the driver knows the difference between phase 1&2 he delivers there all the time. Her attitude was very terrible and she cut me off while I was talking. Luckly the driver was delivering another package in my unit and I stopped and ask him about my package he stated that he was about to go to phase 2. SMH I will never go through them again.

They are always so rude and unprofessional at this location. They even lost a $800 mixer I was sending back to manufacturer for repairs. They eventually found it a few weeks later but never apologized and tried to charge me AGAIN to reship the package to the manufacturer. Only threatening to call UPS corporate office changed their attitude about the situation. Do yourself a favor...Find another location to do business with because this place is horrible!

Horrible place to do business with. The guy and girl at the counter mean mugged the shi* out of me when I first walked in and then I had to ask for help. The guy looked at me and said" does it look like Im doing anything? No so how can I help you?" So yeah dont waist your time. Story short I drove 30 min here to get told to call the 1800 number. They cant help and just point the finger to the next person. Attitude adjustment indeed!..

Ive never had a problem with this site or the people. I mail boxes here all the time including a $500 Crossbow, and textbooks without issues. They offer me receipts and give them without complaining. Im not sure why there are so many racist and negative comments. If something changes Ill be sure to edit this post.

Ill give it 5 stars because I havent had any negative experiences. I dont care if the workers greet me or ask about my day, Im there to send off a package and get out as quick as I can. Ive always sent my textbooks back through this store at the end of my semesters and everything has gone smoothly.

this place has lost package, it got to the UPS store but was never shipped. either some of their own workers stole it or the "shipping" and "handling" in UPS is poorly conducted. i recommend FEDEX, delivers faster and its safer. i assure you i will not use UPS ever again.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. The supervisor was so rude and loud when I called about my package that was late. The lady got angry. The driver delivered my packaged at 11pm. I had to wait whole day in my house. Really awful experience. I will switch to Fed Ex or USPS.

Very unprofessional and rude . The employees do not greet you or acknowledge you ..If you do not make your self seen or heard , they will skip over you . I have experienced this to many times from this mesquite location and there is obviously no change .

Im from out of town, and had to ship something while I was in Mesquite. They were extremely helpful in shipping the item. Regretfully, I shipped it to the wrong address. They were able to re-route my package, and went above and beyond in helping me out.

Every time I come in everyone is always so friendly , I come in every once in a while to print papers and Im never charged for computer time and the prints are very cheap!! Great service for sure!! (I was not paid for this review)

My package was damage by UPS when it arrived. These people were very helpful of getting my refund for my damage package and shipping. Someone from there call me to let know when to expect my refund. I will use them again.
