The owner is fairly rude. I sent my son who is in the army and a flat rate envelope which should have been $6.45 and the gentleman charged me $12.70 and I questioned him about it being a flat rate and he said that they are more than the post office which I knew that they would be but I questioned it being double and he acted as if it was not double. Then when I questioned how he printed the label because its for my son who was in Boot Camp and I was told to print it a certain way he kept rolling his eyes at me. In the end I paid for it to go out because I had already waited 10 minutes during my lunch break and I want my son to get his package as soon as possible, but I will never go back to this man again.

Always friendly and attentive to each customer that enters addressing their needs to the best of their ability. I bring a lot of pre-paid packages for shipping there (something other mail centers often treat as a necessary evil - something they have to do) but Ive always been treated courteously, quickly, efficiently, and in a friendly manner.
