The team at Postnet here in Rockwall (down the sidewalk from Kroger) is awesome! Jan, the owner is friendly and helpful, even when she is obviously busy! Carla is friendly and remembers my name! Scott is a fab graphic designer with an artists eye and attention to details. His products are always more than I expected. Weve been super pleased with their customer service. I love that I can email them my ideas for business cards, nametags, and stationary and they send me back proofs until Im satisfied. Then, they just let me know when the order arrives. They make it convenient, which I love, but more than anything I appreciate their excellence factor!

This place is an absolute rip off. I went in to drop off a pre-paid package to ship and they wanted to charge $2.17 to put a piece of tape on the box. That $2.17 cost them any chance of my family ever walking in their door again.
