worse customer experience ever! they forget customers are PAYING FOR A SERVICE! and theyre not making anyone a favor!!!!!! not happy since I called to locate by box the guy was so rude and when I go to pick up my box same thing! he was more concerned about not getting his shirt dirty than doing his job..left the box on top of the counter and walked away after "pointing with his finger" the carts to get my self the box out after I said I was gonna need help or something to take my box out and I even tried picking it up while he was just standing next to me looking..but it was too heavy I didnt expect him to take my box out at all but for sure better service!! I had fragile stuff in it and obviously was labeled I was struggling to get it down and put it in the cart since its half my weigh! and he still just walked away without saying anything good thing theres options out there! with better reputation like FedEx *lesson learned*

Awful service. Was at home literally all day watching tv maybe 10 feet from the door. Suddenly I get an email about a failed delivery. I go to the front door and a note is stuck to it that nobody was home. Didnt ring the doorbell or knock or anything; the guy just stuck a note on my door and left. Okay, fine. Lets see what I can do. Oh, I can go pick it up if I request to do so before 7. Sounds good. The website says Ill be contacted in under an hour. No call. Finally jump through all the hoops to get talking to a real person and they just say that theyll leave a voice message for someone at my service center. For a package I requested that I needed today I get no response whatsoever and theres not even a number for this location to even call. Never going to use UPS again if I can ever avoid it; I dont care how much more I need to pay.

Worse customer service ever. What a monopoly market for ups. They need to know they have a job and business because of customer. They came to drop a package before our business hour and left a notice. I have ordered overnight. I asked customer support if they can give me a number of driver or office in Omaha. She said there is no phone number in the office and told me I can just go to office and pick up a package. My concern is what if driver is still in the route delivering other package to their customer. What if I go to ups office and my package are still with driver in his/her truck? She was keep saying that just go to office in Omaha 2536 Edward Gomez Ave to pick up a package and it is there. I am sure if I go there, package will not be there until evening because driver has package in his/her truck for that day.

I called and placed a delivery change on a package yesterday and specified the importance that it be changed to "pick up" at the distribution center. I was assured that the package would be changed to pick up, I asked them to double check just to make sure which again I was assured that it was changed. I asked what time it would be available to pick up and he stated they open at 8am, I thanked the rep on the phone and let him go. This morning, guess what, try to get my package and its out for delivery instead of at the store. The rep confirmed that a change request was not submitted from my telephone conversation yesterday. Not sure who is to blame but would be nice to have someone look into it so it doesnt happen again whether it be a personnel issue or a software issue or whatever the case.

I live in apartment. Was out of state for a month on business. Package arrived for me and driver, rather than leaving delivery at Office which is protocol. Our manager acts as agent for the 300 dwellers here in Papillion, We must sign out package when we pick it up at Office. Driver attempts to deliver package to my apartment and then send package back to sender in California and now I have to fork over 55$ again to have package shipped by UPS to me. I contact Customer Service and they said they were sure sorry. I thought UPS was the company that was the warm and fuzzy competition to the USPS Corporate Giant. I think the roles have switched. Post Office people seem to care about me. And kept a package in their back room for me for three weeks while I was on business out of the country.

Unhelpful. Had a package rerouted from my business to my home, incase the delivery ended up on a Saturday. The UPS guy brought the package with him on Wednesday and realized he needed to take it back. I asked him if he could just leave it with me since I was there and ready to receive. He was very helpful in attempting to do just that, but he wasnt able to, and his boss told him that I would have to go to UPS to pick it up if I wanted it. I use to work for FedEx, and I know FedEx would have been better. The UPS driver was great, its the management that is doing a bad job. I live in another state and city, so I wasnt just going to drive to UPS to get the package. So I asked them to continue with the reroute and take it to my other address.

I had to wait in line for what mustve been a half hour while the woman in front of me shipped 21 individual packages. Im not mad at her Im mad about the fact that there was only one person there so everyone else just had to wait in line. I was just there to pick up one package. Thats all I needed. I wasnt the only person in line either. Have some respect for peoples time and just get some else over there or at least try to move quickly. Im sure everyone has somewhere to be or since it was in the middle of the day they might even be there on lunch break. I had two kids in my car waiting for me. From what it looks like Im not the only one thats had issues. Its not much of a "customer" center. Ship fed ex when ever possible.

I paid for 2-day shipping. They Cancelled delivery due to "severe weather conditions". There wasnt a cloud in the sky. Then when I tried to pick up the package at this customer center, they gave me the same BS. That due to sever weather conditions I could not come pick up the package. Again, not a cloud in sight and the funny thing was that I saw UPS delivery drivers all over on my commute that day. Secondly, no one at this customer center would return any of the scheduled calls through the UPS customer service phone number like they were suppose to. I scheduled 6 calls in one day and not one of them were returned.

I was told I could pick up my package from this location, even though I check theyre hours of service and knew that they would be closed and was told I could get it. Well so much for that, I paid for overnight delivery and they didnt deliver that promise at all. So now gotta wait until Monday when it should have arrived friday. Oh, and to top it off, it arrived Thursday and I wasnt informed nor did the alert for mobile app even indicate that it has arrived at the place to be picked up. What a joke.
