I have tried to use this place several times and failed miserably. The staff doesnt know how to even use their computers shipping systems, I had to keep pointing him in the right direction on what button to push. Finally when we got to a point where we could print a label, they dont even have the right size printer! So it starts over again and wastes another 30 min. Do not go here you will waste hours not to mention the fact that they are extremely over priced. They even have a sign that says you have to PAY for convenience. Which I would be willing to do if it was actually convenient!!

The lady who assisted me ended up costing me $200. I told her that I specifically needed to ship an item with tracking and she shipped the item where the tracking ended once the item left the US. Therefore the recipient filed a claim with paypal that the item was never received (and I had no proof because the way the item was shipped) therefore paypal withdrew the money and awarded the buyer. They obviously do not know what they are doing and I will never ship here again!!!!

Derek & company are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. They always find me the least expensive way to ship stuff. Very convenient, close to my house. It may cost a little more but it beats waiting in line at the post office.
