I was nervous about going into this FedEx store, given the one-star rating based on a couple negative reviews focussed on an unhelpful employee. But I went, and was helped by the very employee who received the reviews (Renee). I found her to be both helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the store is a little harder to get to. The hotel recommends parking on 10th St in the pull-out in front of their Liberty Tavern. Theres a door right there thats close to the escalator that arrives within feet of the store.

Horrible service. Renee was NOT FRIENDLY. Two questions were answered with "Thats the way it is". There is a $10 charge for the privilege of printing a label which in my case was a 100% mark up to the cost of shipping my package. Will NEVER go again and will make me reconsider using FedEx at all.

Renee , she was very rude, not accommodating at all. I couldnt asked her any questions, because she was in a hurry to tell me "they FedEx, typically serve the hotel guests and theres only two of us here usually just and repeated we typically serve the hotel guest only...
