I AM VERY VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVE FROM UPS, THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES UP MY DRIVE WAY AND DROP THEM OFF AT MY SIDE DOOR OR BY MY GATE NEAR THE FRONT DOOR. INSTEAD THEY DROP THEM OFF AT THE ENTRANCE GATE OF MY DRIVE WAY WERE MY PACKAGES EITHER GET RUINED FROM THE RAIN OR COULD BE TAKEN!!!!... I HAVE A INJURED LEG THAT THEY EXSPECT ME TO WALK ALL THE WAY DOWN MY DRIVE WAY TO PICK UP MY PACKAGES. YESTERDAY I ORDERED PIZZA AND GUESS WHAT THE DELIVERY PERSON DROVE UP MY DRIVE WAY TO DELIVER IT TO ME AT MY SIDE DOOR, AND AT THE COURTESY OF HIS HEART WENT DOWN TO THE END OF MY DRIVE WAY TO BRING THE PACKAGES UP TO ME THAT WERE LEFT FROM UPS. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!.... SO IF UPS DOES NOT DELIVER MY PACKAGES THE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TOO I WILL CONTACT THE BBB!!!!!..... I HAVE PICTURES OF THE UPS DROP OFF IF YOU W OULD LIKE TO SEE THEM!!!!!..... UPS GUY CAME AGAIN AND AGAIN THEY REFUSE TO DRIVE UP MY DRIVE WAY TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE HE LEFT WITH MY PACKAGE BECAUSE HE REFUSES TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE TO MY SIDE DOOR! HE WAS VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UN CURTIS, AND HAS NO COMPASSION !!!!!...HOW DOES THE UPS HIRE SUCH UNCARING DRIVERS?!!!!

This is the second time that this location has lost a package that was dropped off with a printed label attached. Both times I was given tracking numbers, and both times the packages have been lost. This business has cost me money, and all they were required to do was have a box picked up. Furthermore, if you call them to ask any questions there is no way they will help you without said tracking number. Never mind your personal information that is attached to the tracking number, and never mind if you have the exact date that you received the tracking number. These people are always useless when it comes to figuring anything out. They only know how to accept your package for drop off, and nothing further.

Horrible customer service to get started. "I dont know" is not an acceptable answer when requesting specific shipping info. To top it off the teenage girl at the front desk chewing gum and talking on a very explicit way about her date night to another co-worker is a big NO NO . Hire people that cares. Shame on the owners of this franchise. Shop your employees please.

UPS saved the day! Thank you to the extremely helpful team at the Tomball store. They stayed open late for me on a holiday weekend just so I wouldnt miss a critical deadline. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent service, professionalism, and kindness. I would recommend this store to anyone. I wish there were more stars to give.

They say theyll deliver to your door but always come late when my apartment complex was closed & use that as an excuse to turn around & go home. then I said Ill pick up my packages from the store so I head to the store and they say they lost my packages.

Not an actual UPS store, they dont actually have UPS labels or boxes or any way to actually easily ship via UPS at all. How completely bizarre and inconvenient.
