Convenient and the staff are polite and helpful. I managed to retrieve my package with practically no effort at all. I have used this facility on and off for more than 20 years. It has always been easy and convenient to pick up packages at this facility when I have missed the delivery at home. Excellent service! However the hours are very short, so be sure you arrive there on time to pick up your package.

This doesnt even deserve a star my husband needs medicine that they failed to deliver 5 days prior his surgery and the day of the surgery after waiting hours we call to only find out that we had to pick up an hour away OH AND HAS TO PERSONALLY GO FOR SECURITY PURPOSES ONLY!!!!! After pointless arguing we come and they are only opened 2:30-6pm they also failed to mention that NEVER AGAIN UPS!!!!!

They do not care what you think!!!!!!!!!!! so they just keep on being not helpful. 4 packages delivered to my po box today by ups not this one ???????????? have to go 45 minutes from my home to pick up this one package???????? would have given no stars but would not post. notified by post card 4 days after deliver althought they should have had my phone number probably didnt care to look

While 8 months pregnant and I actually went to hospital right after left here and had my baby. They refused to let me use restroom. They said they had no public restrooms. A customer care center and no restrooms. I try not to use ups they our worst with deliveries but unfortunately still have to use them not by choice. This incident just makes me so dissatisfied with this company more.

They just need to explained their area and then hire more ppl I heard they fired a lot of people and are not bringing in new people. I wanted to work there. But someone I know said that "we are not hiring" he tells me he gets 4 hours and low pay and ect. All I have to say is just listen to ur customers and yalls employees. Thanks...

Worthless! Dont ship UPS!!! Tracy at the UTAH call center has wasted 4 hours of my time. My package is 5 days late and NOBODY can get it delivered!!!! THEY SCREW UP 50% OF MY DELIVERIES PERSON AND BUSINESS RELATED. MY COMPANY NO LONGER SHIPS WITH THESE IDIOTS. CLAYTON

Nothing. Service is awful and the employees are rude. Ive never had a package delivered on time and I was told to go there in the morning for my package only for them to say I cant have it until 2:30 or later, like where is the logic?

Refused to give a receipt for brokerage fees that were paid with a money order (they only accept money orders and cashiers checks for brokerage fees). I had to call the corporate offices to get one. RIDICULOUS!!!

Paid for next day shipping over a week ago, was finally scheduled for yesterday, nothing. scheduled for today, nothing. Now I have to take time from my work to go pic up my package at 2:30.

A. They dont need to have restroom. B. Opens at 2:30 PM and they dont bother to advertise that fact. What a waste of time driving all the way to the location at noon. Disappointing UPS.!!

Nice employee but so slow!!! It should not take 32 minutes to process 3 people! Faster service would be appreciated especially at a super ups center like that!

Cant even talk to them on the phone. Keeps throwing my package in the ditch or to where my dogs can get them and destroy them after asking them not to twice.

Customer service is terrible. Once you pay for shipping they could care less on the service provided. That is true with ups as a whole.
