I go in to print a hardcopy of my DD 214 (military papers). It is saved as an email attachment. I find the email, click on the attachment, it opens and I select print, 2 copies. I stay on until I hear it printing. I close everything down and make sure that I log out of everything. I pick up my copies and they are blank. Im not sure if you know how this printing service works, but you pay a flat rate, per minute to use the equipment and a set price for each copy. Not a lot, just under 3 bucks. When I ask one of the people there, she tells me that I "did it wrong" because it didnt print the picture. Apparently, I opening the attachment is not enough, I must download it to the Fedex computer, open and then print. She then told me to log back on and do it again, but to download it before I pressed print. I tell her that Im not paying for blank copies (which I already had because I had to pay upfront to get on the computer ). She smiles and tells me that she will credit me back the 2 blank copies (28 cents, seriously?) But to do it again, and the implication is do it right this time, because she adds, "even though it isn t our fault". Seriously? I had a choice. I could either allow that to piss me off, it did, to the point where I would remind her in a less than respectful way that these documents are delicate in nature and I dont want them downloaded to their computer, regardless if they get erased 2 seconds later. Additionally , there was nothing that said that i had to download anything to their computer (which I wouldnt normally care, but not this) before I even logged on, rather than telling me afterwards. So, rather than be an ass, I took a loss (not the money, but rather than correcting her arrogance) and write the review.

The internet is deplorable, the customer service is nonexistent. I felt so frustrated by the fact that most machines there arent functional and you have to seem to have to interrupt the employees "interesting" conversation about how someone they knew was at a social gathering. I will be very hard pressed to want to come back. At this point I think I would rather buy a printer and print my own documents.

I waited 15 minutes for store to open then was told Passport camera was down and was sent to Walgreens. Worker appeared busy so I suspect she didnt want to take the time to take my picture.
