EXCELLENT customer service. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Wayne and Heather usually help me. They always greet me and know me by name. I really appreciate that they always let you know what the most cost efficient options are. This is the only place I will ship packages. The postal Annex off Champions Forest does not even hold a candle to this one! 5 stars across the board!

They present the least and most expensive shipping options and allow you the customer to choose. They are great and I will continue to give them all my business!

Great customer service and good management. If you ever need something odd to be wrapped and shipped, staff is as clever as they are accommodating to make sure whatever it is makes it from point A to B in one piece. Store even comes with its own mascot.

Nice people. Huge rip off!!! USPS charged $13.45 for a medium flat rate box and this place gouges you at $17.50. I guess thats how they make their money but it seems a bit scammy to me.
