My boyfriend bought me kylie lip kits, well me and him are long distance so he sent it with all the right info besides the wrong city (i understand it had a different city but it also had the right zip code which the other address have a rd at the end and mine is dr, so obiously they should have used the zipcode) keep end mind i didnt tell my boyfriend my address so this is from a while ago, kylie cosmetics already takes a long time to ship and now i still dont have it :( and probably wont get it but there goes my valentines present ( it isnt just the first time usps has messed up, i sell stuff online and some people never recieve there items and u can see on the tracking they dont) this review isnt just about this store but the overall company

Charged me $32 dollars to mail 5 small books media-mail. I looked it up on line after the fact, feeling that it was a bit steep, and apparently I was over charged by three times as much! When I called back the guy said "oh, were not the post office so we charge more." (3 times more?????) Save your time and your money. These people are crooks.

Reached this store at 3.35pm on Thursday. The pkg got shipped at 4.01pm. It was in hands in India by noon the ensuing monday. Kudos. And the folks were very courteous and responsive.

Dhl is wonderful company , but there is one thing not good , that when they deliver the parcel , they dont call or make arrangements with the recipient

Dont give out receipts for dropping off a package. Said we get a receipt after it has been received by the recipient...how does that work?

Fine for basic package shipping. Do not utilize mailbox services. Very unreliable inconsistent customer service.
