The staff here is not knowledgeable, and generally act like they dont care about your business. I ship with UPS very often, usually 5-10 packages per month, and recently that many packages per week. Ive shipped ~$1000 this last month alone, using 5 different stores, and this one is the worst. The lack of knowledge on packing solutions has caused overcharges for packaging, and even packages they "couldnt ship" that other stores had no problem with. I always leave feeling that Ive been overcharged on both packing and shipping. Ive actually seen them fail to take simple measurements accurately and mark the dimensions on my box 6" over on one axis or another. Similar size and weight objects that the Willis store carefully boxes for $12 cost nearly $40 here, and are literally thrown in the box. I only stop here if I have the time and materials to have it pre-packed, and even then feel like Im trying to get something under the iron curtain. The location is convenient if you work in the area, or are passing through, but it really is worth it to just get off early and go to another store. Ive never had a drop-off here that didnt take less than half my lunch break, and the attitude to boot means that I wont be going back. I gave them several opportunities, and they apparently dont care about my business.

We paid for next day delivery left the package at this store on a Saturday. As of Tuesdays the package is still there and when i called the person that worked there said no it went out. We tracked it and called Ups and they said its still at the store. Good thing the paperwork was time sensitve. Dont use this store!!!!!!

ZERO STARS - I really needed to ship something on my way to work so I stopped at this location. Its CLOSED and now Ill have to wait til tomorrow. Should have just went to the usual location close to my house.
