Have used this UPS store a few times. Its always the same male associate working the front. While hes usually to the point, he has at times been rude and Ive seen him be rude to other customers. Amazon has a system where when you do returns through UPS the driver can scan a bar code and print a label. I was expecting the UPS Store to be able to provide this as well. When I took the package in the clerk went round with me a bit "this is through amazon, we cant do that" when I pointed out that "ups printed the label on pickup" he said "well UPS and UPS store are two different entities" not sure why he couldnt have just said that at the beginning, but its another case of the rude treatment. When I asked if I could drop the package off with UPS he said "I dont know" becoming annoyed no doubt realizing I wasnt going to be giving him any business. I said "well there has to be some other option other than the UPS driver coming to my house". He said "well, you could leave it here and I could try to see if the driver will take it". I said "then I wouldnt have anything to verify that it was left with you would I", he said "no you wouldnt... I probably wouldnt do that". I finally ask for the UPS location for drop offs and he did not know where it was. Beyond the business of the UPS Store itself the UPS Store can help you with nothing UPS related. They are a franchisee owned drop off center that provides their employees no connection to UPS support whatsoever. Complete disconnect. They licenses the UPS name and charge you a premium on top of normal UPS rates offered to UPS customers who go direct. This is why FedEx and USPS are most often cheaper. Will never use UPS Store again in general but would recommend avoiding this location even if you do like to use UPS Store for deliveries.

I ship a lot of packages and usually drop off my packages at whichever shipping center I happen to be closest to at the time Im out running errands. I usually drop off at this locations a couple times a week and like it. It is always clean and the gentleman at the front is always courteous. Its also nice that UPS picks up late here (I think around 6:30) so on days when Im late getting packages dropped off they still go out that day!

This store was rude and wouldnt even take my prepaid label I printed from my house, my prepaid label was a UPS. Also another time wanted to charge $1 for a little piece of tape! What a joke! Ill stick to the UPS Store next to Rayford and 45! I wanted to rate 0 stars also.

Appears to have lost my package. Claims UPS does not scan packages when they pick them up from the store. Claims UPS does not scan packages at all over the weekend either after picking them up. I will stick to the store closer to the 45.
