I think I have had maybe 5 packages sent by FedEx smart post. 1. Received ok 2. Package didnt show on the date listed, then "delivery exception" popped up. Note said business closed (I wasnt closed at the time listed I was here) - Then mysteriously after I told them this they changed it to say insufficient mailing information or something like that and told me the suite was left off. I checked the information and no, the address was correct. So the package went back to the local sorting facility in Dallas then back to the local facility in Mesquite. It did this like 3 times before attempting to ship back to original place. Finally a month later I got the package. Shipping info was correct. 3. Delivery showed yesterday, didnt arrive, now shows pending. Based on experience and google I know that it now will not be here for likely two-three weeks, if at all.

Even though the majority of the reviews on this site are terrible, I received great service. They delivered my package a day before expected date and rang the door bell, as my instructions stated. I was very nervous when reading these reviews before receiving my package. However, many of the bad reviews were geared towards FedEx in general, rather than this particular site. That is incredibly unhelpful, for it only serves to scare the customers that are waiting for their package to arrive and it lowers the rating of this establishment. If you have a complaint about FedEx in general, email them, but dont write a bad review just because you dislike the establishment. Once again, I had excellent service and look forward to dealing with this location with future deliveries.

I received a "Delivery Exception" notice via my tracking on email of a package which is now 2 days past the delivery date. It now says my package can be picked up at local post office. If I wanted a "General Delivery" postal service I would sign up for pony express, which would be 89-90 times faster than these boobs at Smart Post. What a bunch of incompetents. If this type of service continues, I will stop ordering things online. Pitiful. 30 min. hold time on phone. Would give them the worst possible rating. 1 star is too high.

Apparently, FedEx doesnt understand that just because you give a estimated shipping date doesnt mean that you have to hold the package until the delivery date. This is why I like UPS, because I always get my package earlier than they estimate and they keep their tracking info way more up to date rather than only updating early in the morning and late at night. Maybe one day FedEx will learn some true customer service or maybe amazon will get smart and drop them from their shipping options

I saw all of the bad reviews so I had to submit this one to help get the ratings up just a little bit. I tracked my package all the way and when it hit the FedEx SmartPost I stayed keen to its progress. It was scanned in 3:32 PM and departed this terminal at 2:14 AM the following morning. It stayed there for less the 12 hours and was delivered two days earlier then first expected. Maybe all of the poor reviews are helping to effect changes in service over there?

Smartpost sucks. Been waiting all week for my package. They had an estimated arrival date of Monday, it is now Friday and my package is still in transit to the post office and has been since last Saturday. Its been transferred from the city to the suburbs, it doesnt take 6 days to hand over the package to the post office. I wish I had a choice of choosing a different carrier for shipping because this has been a horrible experience for me.

If I could give negative stars I would. Package said delivered, went to check the mail and NOTHING was there. Clearly they either put it in the wrong mailbox and who ever got it took it as an early Christmas present, or delivery person stole it themselves. Either way dont use them if you have a choice! I didnt, Kohls just sent it through FedEx then Smartpost, now Ive been stuck waiting on items for weeks that now arent coming.

fedex picked up package and lost it the same day have called 4 times they said they would call back in 24 to 48 hrs on a supposed trace have not received the first call yet ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER EVEN WORSE IS THEIR EMPTY PROMISES , WORST COMPANY EVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH [ FROM HERE ON OUT I WILL ONLY SEND AND DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANYS THAT USE ANYONE OTHER THAN FEDEX ]

HORRIBLE. Hands down the worst company and service out there. My package has been sitting there for nearly a week and I live literally 18 minutes away from the location! They dont care about your package, they will let it sit there until they feel like delivering it which is always past the estimated delivery date. I hope they get rid of this service for good.

I dont know what kind of GPS they use to locate an address. I kept tracking my shipment that I was waiting, all what was given is " cant locate address or business is close". I called more than 6 times. And they kept saying they know the driver should know the address but he never showed. I lost my customers trust coz of this lame Fedex service.

I saw my estimated date for Tuesday at the end of the day. My package arrive at this location Monday morning and they changed the date for Thursday... What? If the package got there early, please deliver it early! And if it was supposed to get to me Tuesday, why did they change it to Thursday?! What in the world?! Just people being lazy!

The Delivery date is on the 23rd and now they moved to the 26!!! Great, I was suppose to get this packages before Xmas. They are suppose to be delivered to San Antonio and its in Houston right now, so how the F*** is it going to take another 5 days to get here when Houston is 3hrs away from here!!!!!

WOW ~ FedEx lost my package and when I called to ask what they were going to do about finding it ~Response was NOTHING.......... I should call the people I ordered it from....... OMG THEY are horrible...... If there was NO stars or a NEGATIVE star they would get it..... Terrible customer service.

They gave my package to U.S post so now it says my package is "Pending" to get delivered, been waiting since Monday, which was my estimated delivery and its about to be Thursday, So yeah I dont know where my package is at, I just know its in town but dont know where is it. God damn it Fedex!

Smart Post is the absolutely slowest for of transportation - After 5 days a package going to Austin goes from Memphis to Dallas then 2 more days makes it to Houston and they projected delivery date is another 5 days! I wonder if its headed back to Memphis before they drop is in USPS.

total incompetent idiots.. package shipped on dec 7th, arrived in my city on the 10th, however was not delivered for 16+ days.. Needless to say they missed christmas, and my son had no gifts. No explanation, no apologies, no notice, no refunds.. If you want reliable look elsewhere.
