I have been a member of The Core Houston since September 2015 and could not be happier. The staff is phenomenal and go the extra mile to keep the facilities in tip top condition. As I can only speak for the womens locker room, I will say that I couldnt ask for anything more. The staff keeps it stocked with necessary essentials and a great blow-dryer for when you take a shower! The equipment is top of the line and you never have to wait for cardio equipment in peak hours. There is always a machine available be it upstairs or downstairs. My favorite part is that the gym has an open boxing room where anyone can go with multiple soft and heavy bags, a speed bag, and crazy bag. The trainers they have at the gym are all excellent and professional. Never do you feel that the staff or anyone here is trying to sell you something. The gym just has all the services you could ever desire, if you need them. Also, you are not forced into any kind of contract. You can pay month-by-month and cancel within a reasonable time, if needed. All in all you wont regret coming to this gym!

I consider this BEST GYM in Houston. Ive been going to this gym for two years. All of the employees are professional and have a great energy. The gym itself is immaculate, with the amount of equipment at hand and it being 2 stories, its an "Athletes Dream". I advise anyone who is serious about working out to come here. Even if you arent paying a trainer. There is always someone there to help correct your form or answer any questions you have.

A great gym and my personal favorite. This is a trainers gym and is newly designed for optimum performance. My trainer Brandon Cole is top notch and really gets results. He is also a stretch specialist and makes sure you dont hurt yourself while working out! The gym is great and the newly renovated building is very nice with all new equipment.

Awesome gym. Staff is great and the facility is clean with working equipment. Only once or twice did I see any equipment that had issues and those were fixed fast. This isnt a gym that signs you up and hopes you never come.
