Ive been in and out of CrossFit for about 3 years now. Coach Eric was my very first coach, back when he worked out of his garage. As a beginner, I appreciated the attention and safe progression he programed for me. He is definitely one of the few coaches out there that care more about form and safety, rather than throwing you through a gauntlet of movements causing injuries. But dont worry, if you want to sweat, hell make you sweat. Ive worked in sports medicine as a chiropractor for years now, allowing me access to many boxes around town, but I always find myself back with Coach Eric. Id recommend this box for beginners as well as well seasoned athletes looking to refine their technique.

Started with Coach Eric before this brick and mortar. Unlike other affiliates, Coach Eric is concerned about correct form and personal safety over throwing around as much weight as possible. All workouts are tweaked to each athletes level and ability; so a great place for beginners as well as seasoned athletes. I highly recommend this affiliate and great community to all of my family/friends.
