In all honesty the equipment is old, they almost never use their AC, and my car got stolen out of the parking lot behind the gym. (I contribute the theft due to the bail bonds man next door) Despite all that I still love the place, because has a real quality that makes you feel training there can make you into actual pro boxer. If thats what youre looking for then this is the place for you.

Tameka Stephens is awesome. I just recently started training with her. Boxing is a sport where having heart matters, and she has enough passion to fill the entire gym. Shes a an inspiration and I recommend her to anyone.
