Okay the place is awesome! pool gym everything lots of married/Bi,St8,gays go here for discreet hookups lol but let me give u the heads up they have tons of old men there like not the goodlooking ones the really old ones like 50 to 70 in there like dont know one want to see grandpa naked lol also everytime i go its like a few hot guys like 1 or 2 or 4 or 6 on tuesdays if lucky, but alot more hot guys on saturdays like 10 to 20 hot guys lol the best times to go are Tuesdays and satursdays Tuesdays it is half price and guys start getting there from 4pm to 5am on saturdays u want to go from 9 or 10pm to 6am :) lots of hot guys go there right after the clubs and bars also bath house midtowne just shutdown last week so it should be even more packed there at club houston lol Club houston is a mostly White gay bath house if youre black or asian or latino be pre parred to be ignored if u are looking for hot white gays lol Club midtowne was mostly a black/Latino hookup place and for white guys that loved urban guys lol but at club houston the white gays they are kinda racist but unless u are really really hot then they dont care lol but then again this is texas haha ( THE STAFF IS NOT RACIST ) im talking about the guys that visit club houston some are,...well most lol Also the Staff can be very SASSY at times but u get use to it lol also if u are new i recommend to bring a friend with u to the bath house it will make things alot more fun. ive seen guys do it in the porn theater in the dark room in the shower room, its really hot to see the college guys take showers there after class yum lol also hot seeing guys in the steam room sauna and swimming nude in the pool yummy ;) i rate the place a 89 there are hot guys in there just wish the reallly really old men would stop going cause they dont advertise that in the promotional photos lol and i like older guys like 30 to 48 but thats it lol P.s if u are ATracted to a guy in there make ur move fast lol cause u dont know how much time they will have left to be in there u are giving like 6 to 7 hours to have fun when u pay ur fee witch is a room or locker witch is 20 to 30 dollars on saturdays n 12 to 14 on tuesdays :) yes they have internet there so u can get on gindr and chat with gays in there hahaa Hope i helped! :)) p.s they also have tons of free condoms in the hallways :)

Come on guys, the construction has been going on upstairs for months. I understand you may have a permit problem, but for the prices you guys charge, and the limited time limit on the weekends is still only 6 hours. No discounts ? No time extension ? No coupon to return after construction is over. You can look around and see that it is hurting your business. THEN you have the marine guy who works the front on graveyard - -very rude and he flat told me he was in charge. He wanted to inspect my bag upon entry (he found NO contraband) but it is the way that he did it, with the rubber gloves, pulling each item out of the bag. Like I was going to the Harris County Jail, and to top it all off I drove 40 miles and I paid for all of this. We are still customers, we all expect to be treated as one.

Poor Management and Customer Service (Very UNPROFESSIONAL staff) Been to this place a couple times. I agree with other reviewers on staff. They are terrible with customers service, low class people that do not know how to be professional. They do not listen to suggestions and complains. Have told them many times about the loud stupid music and the Very Hot temperate of the hot tub (suppose to be not above 104f), but they dont care. The other thing is, this is a spa, why the F*** they play dance music! Stupid management! I have seen less and less people showing up at this place due to the attitude of the staff and lack of customer service. One other things, all their towels are dirty and very old.

They have the worse staff, they are always with a bad attitude. These people dont have any training how to treat clients. Instead to expect fun, you left the place humiliated. The manager never is there, in order to report anything. They dont have enough parking and you will need to park so far and the area surrendered area is very dangerous, its full of homelessness and drug dealers, be prepared to loose your belongings. Yes, this place is crowded, not because is nice, its because they dont have competition after 2017. Investors, we need in Houston area another option to replace this uncomfortable place.

i like the club but the receptionist mexican guy is worse. he doesnt respect people at all. he is just a cleaning man but he thinks he is a boss. skinny ugly looking mexican guy. when you call he answers the phone. i think they should have better customer service. they should hire professional guys to answer phone calls. thats a cheap labor cleaning bed covers and answering phones. only reason i go there is because of the hot guys.

I wonder how long they think they are going to run a "tina " business without being busted. Bags of drugs going in and out of that place daily..They are also illegally selling poppers under the guise of video head cleaner and nail polish.. Just a matter of time and they will be shut down just like the one down the street. I hope Houston builds a better updated spa thats upscale and prejudice. I dont give me money racists.

Nice place, clean, beautiful pool and wet area. Maze is small and dull. Few public areas for socializing. Main reason for the low score is the RUDE, BITCHY STAFF! The staff continuously treat clients like annoyances instead of PAYING CUSTOMERS. Goodwill provides better service. Some of the younger staff seem to get a real ego boost from screaming over the PA system. If you have nothing better to do, try it.

Very rude staff next time I will to mid-town spa the staff is much nicer & they keep out all the crack heads when I walked through the maze upstairs there were five guys smoking crack I later told the staff at the front desk and he said " it is not my problem" I would never go to this place again---also take anything of value out of your car they broke my side window and stole my cd player.

Oh Boy, Lick my Round toy is all I can say. It is well worth the drive it takes to get here for this country boy. I love having towel fights in the hot tub area with the other members. There are a lot of hunky guys here. Also you can get a great massage and I need one after I play sports.
