Just got the membership 2 weeks ago, mainly got the membership for the acces of the child care so i can workout and bring my daughter with me.. and already going to cancel my membership after what i experienced today at the childrens center.. my 2 year old daughter was so excited to go inside and play (it was 3:57 and the daycare opens at 4) this would have been her second time in the childrens center.. the lights were off and the employees were sitting there on their phones.. we went in 2 minutes early and i apoligized for coming in early and politely asked if i could start filling out the paperwork since my daughter really wanted to go play..the 2 employees gave me a rude blank stare (more like a - how dare you come in here 2 minutes early stare) and said sure, i guess pointed at the sign-in sheet and walked off.. at that moment i felt so unwelcomed and uncomfortable, so i said nevermind Ill just wait out here for the remainder of the 2 minutes.. i left after that.. theres no way in hell im leaving my child in a room of employees who obviously hate there job that much that us coming inside two minutes early was such a bother, when they were clearly sitting on their asses on their phones doing nothing. I do NOT recommend this place for anyone whos planning on leaving their kids with these people for an hour or two. They clearly hate their jobs, not once have i seen those ladies smile. They really need to hire people who actually enjoy working with children.. maybe i wouldnt have to cancel my membership.. the day i signed up, 5 other family and friends signed up because we reffered them.. well now they will all be cancelling their memberships as well all because of those rude employees who ruined it for everyone else.

Ive been going to this gym with my friend for 2 weeks now. I wouldve given it 4 stars had it not been for another girl that is constantly being rude to not only my friend and I but other people. The first encounter was when my friend tried to enter the sauna and left the door open for a coupe of seconds "too long" for this girls liking. She very rudely told me friend, " Either get in or get out." I teach CPR classes and work with medical staff and even in dire situations there is no tolerance for rudeness. The second encounter was yesterday when we again tried to go to the sauna. I looked through the glass door (without opening it) and noticed it was pretty full. My friend and I waited on the bench just outside for at least a couple of women to leave before we would enter. THE SAME GIRL just so happened to come out and no surprise she was rude to us again! The woman in front of her that initially opened the door to exit the sauna had noticed I was looking in just before and she kindly asked us if we were going in bcs there was now more room. The girl behind her (the rude one) said, "Dont hold the door open for them, you dont have to ask them" ..... My friend and I were shocked. Both of us are in the medical field and we have too much to lose if we get in some confrontation. We are considering taking our business elsewhere if this continues. I will, however, have a recording app ready for the next time this happens and I will take it management.

Update: after a few weeks of using the daycare at the facility I felt the need to update my review. My almost 2 year old daughter will now cry at the sight of the daycare. There has been a lady who seems like she just about hates children working in the morning and my daughter refuses to be in there. I am going to have to cancel my membership and year-contract with the personal training. I wont have my children somewhere they arent treated with compassion. Its ridiculous. First review: I did not use my membership for several months due to the bad reviews concerning the childcare. I have since then started attending morning personal training and taking my kids along to the daycare. So far, I have not encountered an immediate issue with any of the caretakers. Theres a large white lady that is rude, maybe ghetto is a better description, but the other ladies are quite nice and pleasant. My 4 year old and almost 2 year old seem very content with their time spent there. As for the facility, it is nice and always clean. The personal trainers are also very welcoming and professional.

Horrible customer service and I signup under false pretense. In the beginning I was so thrilled to have a Fitness Connection coming to Humble. When I signed up, I told them I had a child. They did not explain to me or offer me the kids club addition. So one night, when I went there with my son, there were absolutely no kids in the club room and my son is 9 years old, so its not like he requires any of their attention. Besides they were too busy chuckling and conversing and not even trying to attend to no ones kid that night. They wanted to charge me $39.99 for a monthly fee. To top it off, Little Ms. Lack of Profesionalism, Latay, Latice something like that, was not helpful. She was adamant about collecting $3.25 for the visit without even taking into consideration, I knew nothing about the extra fees. She could not offer me assistance from upper managment and per her saying, there was no one in charge in the facility at that time to assist me in resolving my issue. It was a waste of time and energy and her behavior was just simple and stupid and not helpful at all.

I really want to give them no stars but its required to give them a star. Kids zone is horrible you would think that they would separate toddlers and children just like the infants. But no they didnt think of that, they have toddlers playing in the same area with children. Big kids running around pushing toddlers to the floor. Dont let me get started on the checking in and checking out a child. It is a very slow process. They only let one family check in and out at a time. Then you have to manually write down all your information. They should have some kind of scanning process that is sync with you membership tag. That way you can scan your card and it shows your information along with a picture of your child. Come on guys its 2017 technology is so advance. Ive tried calling customer service and yet to hear back from them.

Whoever invested this gym into this particular location is genius. This gym is absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to Fitness Connection for the past 5 months and I am very pleased that I go there. This gym definitely needs to expand though. They’ve been promoting this $10 monthly fee which of course attracts more people to go to Fitness Connection. However, since the promotion attracted people, they need to expand their gym and make it bigger. They should use the property that’s between Sams Club and Fitness Connection to extend their gym property. It gets really, really packed in the evening which is quite irritating since everyone is on a machine. By far, I’m very impressed with this gym.

Well I came on opening day and I got an email just like my other friends that it was bring a friend day. I said cool Ill take my brother along side with my mom that also had a membership. He was fifteen years old and they pretty much told us to leave. A women by the name of Paris also had a bad attitude for the little in inconvenience, she had a nasty look upon seeing us and I didnt feel welcomed at all. My brother went home crying and I just felt bad. Just though it was a really bad impression for the first day of opening. And if Paris is reading this, its better that you leave the job, if people isnt your thing just work somewhere were you dont have to encounter them.
