I love this yoga studio and have been going there for over 10 years. The classes are great and leave me feeling wonderful both physically and mentally. My chronic back pain cleared up after practicing yoga for a couple of months, and I plan to attend the classes for as long as possible. I have learned how to focus my thoughts and handle stress much better. I highly recommend this studio!

I Make it very simple. If you want real yoga practice, this is the place. I have tried several different yoga studios in the past, but no comparison. Very affordable, down to earth and very spiritual environment. They also offer massage therapy .Tom is the closest thing to a HEALER. Just give it one try and you would never go anywhere else .This the the honest truth .

Love this studio! Ive tried out several yoga studios in Houston and this is the only one I found that puts an emphasizes on mastering each pose. The relatively small class sizes are a plus. I always leave here feeling great.

I wish I could give this yoga studio more than five stars. From warm and friendly atmosphere, unpretentious crowd to great approach to yoga practice, this is truly one of my favorite yoga studios in the world.
