The good stuff first: -Extremely inexpensive, fully equipped gym with exception of full bumpers for powerlifting, in a great location, some good looking individuals (in all aspects that you can think of; bodybuilding models, female talent, etc), separate womens workout area, solid hours, ton of TVs everywhere, some solid class sessions, some solid bathroom aspects such as a sauna and good showers, and *some* good employees. -I dont use the kids care/daycare but apparently it is a nice perk. -Did I mention how inexpensive this place is compared to other locations, especially if you get a membership during their deal time frames? The bad stuff: -DO NOT COME HERE if you expect a well kept-up gym as it is a "get what you get" type of mentality; would like proactive employees that enforce some of their basic rules; would like nice drinking water; friggin soap in the bathroom dispensers. -The membership crowd can be pretty rude/inconsiderate at times or just there to literally hook up (as well as a lot of arguments/fights occur due to idiotic people talking $hit or fighting over equipment). -Apparently, lots of vehicle theft occur in that parking lot (once again, the crowd...) -Also, Im pretty sure there are a lot of people in there that are NOT members as the front desk just lets people in without really checking their IDs/scanning card. Those self-entitled individuals need to leave as well as the members who dont have a VIP membership need to pay the extra for it to invite their buddy... Bottom line: if you go solo and just want to workout during obscure times and get a membership for a good deal ($10/month and only $10 down as an example), do it for sure. Also, if you need external motivation to workout via female talent then this place is good for that. Other than that, pay more for some place else...

Im not sure why there is any bad reviews they always clean up very well and they have great hours only on the weekend it is not open too early and closes kind of early just FYI if trying to sign up they have theyre 5 day PASS ON LINE they have a PRIVATE WOMANS SECTION with plenty of machines and stairs master and machines and weights I love it because theyre is times where I dont want to work out certain ways in front of a lot of people or men. Theyre lockers and restrooms are CLEAN always theyre showers are huge WALK IN and they have a THEATER WORKING out room where you can watch a movie and work out also have classes available for all those that love to dance or do boot camp or even insanity from the signs Ive seen and theyre day care is SUPER CLEAN have never taken my toddler there but my friend says she likes a lot I always see at night people cleaning it and sanitizing well and they are super updated with their machines I mean I honestly didnt expect all this for just 11 dollars like WOW Ive been a member for 6 months and getting to my goal and this gym is awesome I actually enjoy it and they have a sauna room and its private for girls and I believe man should have one . Long story short I dont think Im going anywhere and the girl that sign me up explained everything and Ive never been over charged in matter of fact I always get ENJOY UOUR WORK OUT OR GOOD MORNING AND ALWAYS GOODBYE ENJOY THE REST OF YOU DAY every SINGLE TIME so idk just wanted to leave my input about my experience because I know it will help people make a decision . Most of the timeline that the gym has been open has been a good experience, but lately things arent as great as they had been. The gym still closes very early from Friday through Sunday, and I was told when the gym opened that it would be opened much later when more guest began working out there. Its pretty busy now. The basketball gym used to be divided and games were to be played on one end and others could shoot on the other. Well, that was never the case. I remember kids and just people in general being cussed at because some wanted to shoot and others wanted both sides of the gym for games. Now, the gym isnt divided and no one can shoot around sometimes because full court games are happening. Ive seen fathers have to leave with their kid because they couldnt just shoot because their kid was nearly ran over by people playing a game with no regard to others. Once a grown man was escorted out because the game had gone on too far. Ive played games there and have gone for shooting, but I will choose not to play if people are just wanting to shoot, its disrespectful. We are all paying customers. Then, there is child care. Usually pretty good, but 3 times I have found my infant being held not by staff, but by kids. Even after a compliant, it happened. Thats not okay, and if kids had dropped my daughter, I would have contacted an attorney.

Do NOT use this business. They take your money whether you are a member or not. Their customer service is super shady and unhelpful. I joined another gym 3 years ago...went for a while....cancelled my membership after having a baby and moving to a place with a gym on site OVER A YEAR AGO! That gym flooded and sold all their accounts to this location. I was advised to call corporate and ask why my INACTIVE account was being charged. First everybody acted like they didnt understand what I was saying, then they directed me to multiple other people-NONE of whom have been helpful. Lately whenever I call I cant reach ANYBODY....like Im on hold for HOURS or specific extensions just ring. I got my bank to refund me 60 days of unnecessary charges because I had NO gym billing for over a year and have NEVER even set foot into this location but now cant get anyone at Fitness Connection to answer me about my other money I "had to be charged" because of their 30 day cancellation policy (even though I NEVER signed a contract with them and my account at the old gym was INACTIVE at time of sale). I will now move forward with complaints to any applicable agencies that others have mentioned on various other Fitness Connection location sites because this fraud is rampant in the company and they refuse to resolve this matter.

9/16: Staff seems to be rude and uneducated. Do not I repeat do not pay full price for membership wait for a special I even paid too much at a reduced cost. Child care closes between 1-4 which makes absolutely NO sense. I pay a premium for unlimited child care per month but its closed for part of the day! Also they have very few cleaning stations which cost little to add. Also in the free weight area there arent enough weights to go around on a busy day. I wish I could get out of my contract. Besides to cancel membership they hand you a card to call / email. This gym is truly misleading. Shame on you fitness connection! SHAME ON YOU! Update: 1/4/17 Childcare still closes between 1-4 # ridiculous. Kids sign in takes at least 10 min because you have to writer in why your at the gym( whaaaaat??), What your membership number is, among 10 other categories. How about a scanning like at the front desk.? You know like in the 21st century. I was told they would be opening for 24 hours in the new year (2017) #LIE. They still dont have enough cleaning stations. If you have an issue with billing they hand you a card to call corporate office.....whaaatt????Seems like they do not care what the customer says or feels. Also no response to all the negative customer reviews online.
