I was here on last Friday for my early birthday gift from my mom to buy me some workout outfits. And then I visited today on August 24, 2016 at around 12:20pm-12:30pm. The lady at the register was wearing a violet workout shirt and was checking me out at the register. I only wanted to get pants and a shirt however as a future psychologist I am quite disappointed with her. Here are some problems associated with her. 1. First off she barely made eye contact with me, the customer. 2. She did not ask for my phone number to get stuff updated for my email. I also asked if it was possible to just put points or whatever it is onto my account. She looked aggravated and told me saying "I cant do that otherwise you should have told me before hand" (I did not know!) then she responded "Its two entirely different systems". She did offer me if I wanted to just return them and redo it, but as upset as I was I said "No". 3. She forgot to take one of the sensors off my Meshter Short that I purchased. So I had to go back to her real quick so she could take it off. She looked nervous while I was giving her the eyes. I will come back but Ill also notify the manager I did not like it there today. If I were to see her again I feel as though just to speak to her in a not so nice way. P.S. I did contact the manager today and let them know of this review.

I weary of this chain almost never having my size in stock. Im a size four, which I suspect is a common size, but if it is so popular, then the store managers should make an effort to keep enough on hand. Ive literally been to three Lululemon stores in Houston over the past week, and notwithstanding that the styles I favor are "new", size fours are never in stock. Im either referred to yet another store to visit or Im offered a mail in, which doesnt work since I live in Europe. Why bother going to a store? Further, popular styles are discontinued, the new running shorts are impractical for heavy sweaters (not to mention unimaginative, pedestrian and ugly...just go to Adidas for the same styles but cheaper), and colors are unimaginative and lean towards blue, black and grey. Overall, although I loved Lululemon in the past, their consistent lack of stock, bland color options and consistent Zara-esque turn over of styles makes the store visits so frustrating that I just wont shop there anymore. High end retailers often keep certain, select basics throughout the seasons, but Lululemon changes its merchandise so you never know what ridiculous and impractical trend it will embrace next. Its athletic clothing, people, not a Kardashian show.

Im more of a $15 Academy shorts guy so I never thought I would own a pair that cost over $60. You definitely get what you pay for. I just got the Surge Shorts III, they fit great, stay dry, you can hardly tell they are there. When I walk it feels like my wife is brushing her hand over my butt with every step, so I will be buying more of them needless to say ;-)

I come to this location all the time bc its literally the neighbor to my gym which is probably not a good idea. They always remember me and very helpful. I had an item that messed up bc I wasnt suppose to dry it and they let me exchange it for another shirt! Great customer service and always have fun going in their to see everyone and shop!!

My wife absolutely love these stores. I like their polos since they are perfect for work or even golf. I know its a little expensive but the close is high quality and rarely do I have issues
