AVOID!!!! Terrible gym. Went there for a year and half just because it was close to my house. The location convenience finally wasnt worth it anymore. They have a VERY limited selection of equipment which was never updated (even though you pay a "Club Enhancement Fee" when you sign up), and much of it was often out of order. While I was there, they moved into a larger building, but that just made it feel like there was even less equipment. The new building was solid windows with no shades which made it very hot and very very bright inside. When I went to cancel, they gave me a terrible hassle. I first tried to deliver my cancellation (in writing) in person. They would not accept it. Then I mailed it. I noticed that they continued to charge me a couple months later. I was finally able to get a hold of their "customer service" who informed me that it had to be mailed certified USPS. They told me this was for my "protection." In their defense, it did say it had to be certified on the contract, but considering I tried to deliver it in person I dont see how I could be more protected than that. I informed customer service of all that, and they just stopped responding.

If I could give them a negative 1000 I would. Let me share my horror story. My estranged husband went there and decided to sign up. They gave him such a "good deal", I decided to go ahead and have the "free consultation". Well, because I had an injury to my back I was not able to get cleared to begin exercising and I informed them of it. The person "DJ" said ok and that she would stay in touch. Two months later, I get summoned. WHAT????? Yes I got served at my home with a lawsuit. They attempted to charge me over $1,000! I did not sign a contract, so we went to court. When I show up, the lawyer representing him calls me into the hallway and proceeds to question me about the "contract" that did not have my signature on it. The lawyer then asks me to pay a "fee" and he would ask for dismissal. After I told him absolutely not and that we can just talk to the judge, I walk back in and sit down. The lawyer ends up asking the judge to dismiss the case. After all this hassle, I started to sue them but I figured it wasnt worth my time or money.

(About Cypresswood location, because they do not have a Google maps account.) They will literally tell you anything to get you to sign. i was promised many things. "A huge new facility is being built within a block from this location next year, which this membership will include." Ive come to find out there are no such plans. "You will NEVER receive any charge other than this monthly fee." I am currently disputing a $65 "annual" fee that was suddenly added to their membership contracts. What is the point of signing a contract, if the company can change it at will? Customer service is unreachable. I found a phone number only through yelp, and whoever is on the other end will only text. which is fine, now I have a record. I am allowing them 24 hours before I contact the BBB about this, looks like its time for a new gym.

Fast Fitness helped me lose 70 pounds over 5 years ago. It took me about a year to lose it but the trainers there helped keep me motivated and pushed me past my limits. I cant begin to tell you how good it feels to have people who believe in you more than you believe in yourself and help you achieve great accomplishments. I have been a member for over 5 years and will continue to be a member as long as I live by one of their locations. People always ask me how much my trainer is but all I can say is, hes worth every penny. When I started with him I was borderline diabetic and had really horrible blood pressure, now I am in healthy levels on both my sugar and my blood pressure. The money I have saved keeping myself from bad health is well worth every dime I ever spent on my trainer!

Ive paid way too much $ here. Seen too many trainers Train me and GTFO of here. If you have a problem the owner will avoid your calls- Fact. You will see a plethora of more bad reviews as this idiot just charged members who have paid thousands of $s to this over-priced gym a $65 "Maintenance fee" or "Annual Fee" whatever crap you wanna call it. The equipment is meh, the gym is barley sanitized (Winter is coming, prepare for tons of sick people using the gym)- They are more compulsively obsessed with selling Memberships then maintaining a decent standard for a fitness facility. Any other gym is a better choice- hell I refuse to Join those big evil LA Fitness gyms. But now it seems like the greener pasture compared with here.

I agree with most of the reviews on here and will cancel as well . A contract was signed and the company decides to charge a $65 annual membership that I have not acknowledged , agreed to ,nor signed. This gym(SPRING) was convenient due to being so close to work but now I rather just pay a bit more for a membership across the street at LA FITNESS (atleast they have a shower). My co-workers who frequent the gym feels the same way and will be canceling as well. I understand that they remodeled a new gym in Conroe and need to make up the cost. But by fraudulently charging pre existing customers an "annual membership fee" that was not agreed upon to cover expenses is just bad business practice.

didnt have a contract and paid everything up front to be able to be there for two months. Took a weekend trip out of state, I came back and it was a ghost town, there was no notification of them moving locations. I had to call to find out what happened to the gym. I started in July, and it was suppose to end in August. I was charged September 5th for a maintenance fee from a gym that Im not apart and wasnt in my two month agreement. They wont answer your phone calls, they will only text you. Had to email the customer service to get any help. DONT GO HERE!!! FRAUD!!

I got a decent rate on my membership. $15 a month with a $100 reg fee. Seems others were not so lucky. Two weeks after I joined, I got an email stating that they were growing and needed to charge me an annual fee of $65. No mention of this fee when I signed up. There was also promise of a new gym and that this was just a temporary location. They would be moving to a larger facility in 2015. That is doubtful. I will be canceling my membership. The facilities are okay for gym rats. Free weights, cables and some tread mills. No water fountain or shower.

They took our money!! Beware!!! Signed up and got a "great deal" for a one year membership for me and my husband. They closed the doors 3 weeks later and wouldnt return the money. They didnt bother to tell us that when we paid. Now they are trying to charge us more money because we didnt cancel after a year (via certified mail) even though the gym has been gone! SCAM! They wont return phone calls and nobody answers the phone, either.
