This company works seems to be working for home warranty service companies based on the after hours phone message asking for claim number, and in my opinion seems to only be looking out to save the home warranty company from having to cover repairs. In my opinion, they are not interested in helping the home owner or making repairs, just saving the home warranty company from having to make the repair. They determine if the item is covered in the field and feed their opinion and information to the warranty company to make the determination. They were slow to respond, did not call or text before arriving during the allotted time window as promised so we could meet them, they just showed up. Made a diagnosis of warranty coverage within two minutes, left and did not update the warranty claim until a day later. I received a call from a plumbing manufacturer that supplies new plumbing fixtures before receiving an update on my plumbing repair/ warranty claim. As a home owner that purchased the warranty to cover issues, each time we try and use the home warranty service they find a way to get out of covering the repair or just refuse, and in my opinion it is service contractors like Matrix that help them collect your copay and not make any repairs. I was not able to find this company on the Better Business Bureau. There is a only one review on Angie’s list. Only 4 review on Google I do not recommend this service company. I do not recommend home warranties. I would give no stars if that was possible.

Landmark sent this company to my house and it was a joke. The technician showed up, ran what HE stated was a 25 auger on the end of a battery operated drill, did not hit any blockage, did not hit anything as a matter of fact. I was standing right there. Pulled the auger out, ran some hot water down the drain and stated if that doesnt fix it, it will need to be hydro-jetted. Ummm. You didnt hit any blockage. You for sure didnt scope it. You didnt try another drain, How do you know it needs to be hydro-jetted? Landmark stated that they cant do anything because the contractor said it needs to be hydro-jetted and the tech wasnt able to go any further because it was a trunk line and he wasnt able to proceed any further. Thats a lie, again I was right there. He went to the end of his auger. This place is a RIP OFF and so is Landmark. What a scam.

We were connected with Matrix through our home warranty company. Our plumbing is very old because of the age of our home, and our master bathroom is constantly having problems. We finally decided to have the plumbing replaced. Dylan came out with a team from Matrix and completed the job for us. They worked quickly and professionally, and they offered us a discount because of some extra costs accrued through the warranty company. I also felt like they really went the extra mile to update us on the status of the job. My garbage disposal went out during the time of this project and Dylan replaced it right after they finished working on the bathroom plumbing. It was just really nice to get everything resolved quickly and with professionals who seem committed to doing a great job and serving their customers.

We were directed to matrix through our home warranty company. It took 4 days for them to come out and the guy did NOT bring everything he needed to fix the leak that was flooding our house. He told us hed have another visit scheduled for us and we never heard from him again. Called our waranty company to see why they hadnt called us back. After the warranty company called them and they finally called us. They said they would not be able to come back for 5 days. Meanwhile we have no running water at our house. This company is so unprofessional, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Do not use this company. They told me I had tree roots in my system and was told they would have to tunnel under my house or break into my slab costing me thousands of dollars..the tech busted into my pipeline with a hammer causing fragments to fall into the system. I got a second opinion and there were no tree roots just hair and sink debris. Issue was solved so easily yet those metal fragments were wedged in the pipeline. It took my second opinion plumber 7.5 hours to get the fragments through. Never use matrix. Reckless, careless, and will take you for a ride.

We were directed to Matrix Plumbing through our Warranty company to repair our garbage disposal and our toilets. Matrix Plumbing came to see us within 3 days of requesting their services. When the plumber arrived to our home he was urgent and seemed to be in a hurry. He made sure to assess our issues quickly and make the necessary repairs within the next few days. We would recommend Matrix plumbing for your repair needs.

Hes prompt, professional, and personable, and his work is always of the highest quality. He takes the time to explain what hes doing and why hes doing it.
