Let me start this review about the people leaving bad feedback on Above and beyond plumbing. Theyre mad because he didn’t call them back when he said he would or he was late or didn’t show up to the job. They’re in their right to be like that but let’s remember one thing, He’s a contractor and he is busier than a 1 legged man in a butt kicking contest. Why is he so busy? Because this is one hell of a plumber and really good at what he does. The ones that have all the time in the world for you I assume aren’t that busy, why? Maybe they’re not that good or they’re new to the industry or they have a secretary answering the phones for them. This guy IS good at his job, he’s not new to the industry and he answers his own phone and you talk to the owner himself. I suggest you just keep checking in him for status updates or whatever to keep you on their minds. He will take a text. I’ve texted him many times to keep in the loop. If that’s too hard for you, then go with Mr. Craigslist unlicensed plumber/handy man and see what happens. Take it from me…you don’t want to go there. If not, find out for yourself. As for Tanner, He did a great job fixing my hose Bib, it was corroded on and stuck after many years of abuse and he managed to get it off without busting the pipe in the wall costing me hundreds possibly thousands in repairs. I’ve broke off a pipe in the wall before trying to fix the hose bib behind my house and it sucked bad. I had no water for days while I figured out how to fix it. That’s why I call a plumber now. They’re worth their weight in gold. I also need to re-do my under sink plumbing in the kitchen. I’m a handy guy and Tanner recognized it and talked me through what I need to do to fix it myself, So..I’m going to try it and if it I can’t get it right, he assure me he would be there for me. Good guy in my book. Anyways, Tanner is not my buddy and I’m not being paid by him or getting free work to write this review. This review is my own opinion and I’m writing it to level out the bad reviews he received from others. I just think He did a great job and deserves a great review. Tanner was awesome, and I would highly recommend him. The only honest plumber I found. I needed to install a reverse osmosis system that I had already purchased. At most it was a 2 hour job. Berkeys came out first, looked at my house, pretended to look up some numbers, then told me it would be $719 installed. Over $350 an hour!! Leek Geeks quoted me $1,100!!!! $550 an hour! Jim England - $400-$500. $200-$250 an hour. No parts to purchase, just pure labor. These other plumbers just pulled numbers out of their butt, depending upon what they thought you could afford and might be willing to pay. Not Tanner. He charges a fair price by the hour, a fair profit, he did a great job, worked quickly, and he got the job done in exactly the two hours I knew it would take. Charged me $180 and I tipped him $50 as well. I found my new plumber. Very happy customer here. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Tanner!

Tanner, I just wanted to say thank you for your help in diagnosing my problem through text message and giving me some helpful tips to fix the issue myself. You did not have to do that and it would have cost me a nice chunk of change, but you did and that speaks a lot about your character and integrity which you dont find a lot these days. Thank you again and if I or anyone I know ever has a plumbing issue, you will be the first one on our list. (on behalf of Bryan Oliver) A week after posting this for my son I woke up early Sunday morning to water all over the bathroom floor. I immediately called Tanner and he came out on a Sunday to access the issue with no additional service fee for week-end/after hours. The fee to fix the issue was very reasonable. Very professisonal !!!!!!!!

This is the guy you would be willing to pay double, because he is that good, but BONUS - he charges a fraction of a typical plumber. Why? Because he doesnt spend millions on advertising. Yea for you and me, we can actually afford it without going to a "finance department". =D Tanner is awesome and my dogs loved him too. He replaced the flange under our toilet saving us $550 (versus quote from the first guy), that is saving a lot more money than he charged. He did a thorough job, told me the price up front, showed me what he was doing, CLEANED UP after himself, even put back things I had taken out of the bathroom. Im so happy to find a great plumber, you will be too.

Six days after I moved to Texas, the downstairs toilet on the house Im renting backed up. Sewage was gushing out and traveling down the hall. All this was happening at 9:00 p.m.! I did a Google search and went down the list. Above and Beyond answered my call. I explained my emergency and had a knock on my door in about 15 minutes. 15 minutes!! The problem found was that the main line was clogged. Not only was the problem fixed quickly, by I also received a tip on how to drain the main line outside of the house, so that at least I wouldnt be fighting the water with my shop-vac. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and wont hesitate to call them again.

I called Above and Beyond because my outside faucet was leaking and no matter what I did I couldnt stop the constant drip that soaked my lawn and ran down the street. Our water bill had gone up $30 just from this drip! Tanner is the plumber who came out to my house, and I really felt that he went "Above and Beyond" when he not only diagnosed the drip but he also ordered the replacement part and had it installed within a couple of days. I am completely satisfied with his work and definitely recommend him personally as a great guy, and Above and Beyond as a fairly priced and competitive plumber service in Keller! Thanks!

We called Tanner on a Saturday afternoon about 1:45 about our water heater. The copper pipes at the top of the water heater nearly exploded and my husband had to shut off the water. Tanner said he would be right over and he was in our garage in less than 20 minutes. He fixed both the hot and cold water pipes into the tank and charged us a fraction of what other services would have, especially on a weekend. He was in and out of our house in less than an hour. I will call Tanner for any other plumbing needs in a heartbeat. He was professional, knew what he was doing, and was affordable.

Contacted Above & Beyond plumbing recommended by a different plumber because of the type of outside sewer line work. Tanner and I agreed on the work and the price. after 2 weeks the work was not done. I called him a few times and every time he said he would call back and never did. Finally after a month we agreed on a date for the work. That date came and went and he never showed up. waste of my time. I could have used that time to find another plumber if he would have been honest and said he did not want the work. I would not do business with Above and Beyond plumbing, find someone else
