Terrible! So bad I thought I was on a prank show! They deserve no stars. Called because a 4 plex I owned was backed up and technician told me to have the people that live there not use the water for 2 days then he would come back. Also told me he did not want to get he or his tools dirty! No joke!! He even told me to take a hammer and open cleanout myself and have someone put a cleanout in the bathroom next to the toilet so he could clean it out from there. I understand it was a Saturday morning but totally unprofessional and the guy was plain rude! Will never call them again!! Called a real plumber and the problem is being fixed now, without complaints!

Excellent communication and fast service. They came out the morning after another plumber the night before failed to put a 3" down even 75 in our sewer line. We were told we had to dig up our yard and get a new sewer line ran. Roto-Rooter came out, ran a 3" 100 ft, then a 4". No more problems and no need to spend thousands on a new sewer line. I will never call anyone else again. A very honest, very good quality service company.

Great service. They use a pager service to receive calls, but I was promptly called back to schedule an appointment. Ron was able to come out and take car of my backed up toilets the same day. Service was fast, friendly, and guaranteed. I would recommend them to anyone.
