He initially came out and tried to unplug our sewer that was backing up into our basement. He sent the snake down the main line and couldnt unplug the system. he than figured it was the city main that was plugged up. He grabbed the city and had them start running things into the line and was done with his job. We called him to come back out the next day while the city was redoing the lines again. We left him a message and called several times he did not call us back to finish the job or to help out to figure out the problem. We had not been able to use our water in days. No shower, no dishes no nothing. I was thoroughly disappointed when he did not return our calls to come back out again. He had his money and didnt seem to care in the end. In the end we called another plumber and the problem has since been fixed. if you want the job done the right way call another plumber. Call jeffs sewer and drain cleaning in fargo nd.
