You will not find a more professional, customer focused service company! I have never experience customer service at a level as high as what was provided by Roto-Rooter. Their employees and owner are top notch individuals that obviously care about what they do. I will use these folks for all of my plumbing needs. You will not regret using Corpus Christi Roto-Rooter. I had an emergency septic system issue arise on a Saturday. From the time I contacted Roto-Rooter, I had a technician at my home within the hour. The technician was very professional and did an excellent job troubleshooting to find the issue. Being a Saturday, it was difficult to find the parts needed to completely repair the system. That did not stop Roto-Rooter from getting me back in business. The technician stayed at my home working into the evening. The owner of Roto-Rooter also came to my home late in the evening and got the system to a state that it was usable until the correct parts could be obtained. It was obvious to me that these individuals were not going to leave the job until it was in good working order. As soon as the parts came in, they came back and promptly completed the repair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Roto-Rooter!!! On Saturday we discovered a corroded pipe under our sink with a leak. We called Roto-Rooter, a technician, Mr. Nick called me within an hour i told him the problem we were having he said he would be at our home soon that evening. He took a photo of the main pipe that was leaking behind the wall and explained to us in detail what needed to be done. He gave us a written estimate, price was very reasonable and asked him to please replace old pipe. Mr. Nick did an Amazing job - he is very knowledgeable, professional and takes pride in his work. I have used other plumbing companies in the past and have never experienced such great customer service. I will forever use and recommend Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Mr. Nick and Roto-Rooter for making our weekend all better:)

A big thanks to Chris Gibson who came out on Sunday during Harvey to repair a broken hose spigot that was leaking into my wall. He was able to extract only one brick from the side of the house and weld a new pipe and spigot in place. I only have to put mortar around the brick. I was really worried how much of the brick would be broken to get to the pipe but Chris did an exceptional job. I would also like to thank Haley who answered the phone in the middle of the storm when no other 24/7 emergency plumber would and Joe who called me back to help get the water turned off. This is professional company and I will call them again if I have any plumbing issues. Thank you again.

We had an emergency need at 2:30 AM that was solved promptly and professionally by Sean. He worked with good humor and professionalism even though Im sure we got him out of bed for the emergency call. Id use this service again in a heartbeat. The cost wasnt too bad for the emergency call, either, considering it occurred on a Sunday (well, technically Monday morning). From the initial call to the service completion, everyone was very helpful, friendly, and proceeded with a competence we usually dont find in the Corpus Christi area. I wouldnt pause to use Roto-Rooter in the future and I definitely recommend them.

I thought I had major plumbing issues. Rotor rooter was very quick to respond and very efficient and super nice. Aaron reassured me that he would find the problem. He and the other person with him were here at my house 4 hours checking over and over again with the camera and doing hydrostafic testing. They were very careful in keeping things neat and clean, and luckily everything came out well. The cost was reasonable as well. Aaron explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. Super people and a super company!!! I will recommend them every time i can.

We were renting a vacation house in Corpus when one of the pipes that serviced the hose on the side of the house burst late in the evening. Nick Dominguez answered the call and came that night and stayed with us past midnight to make sure we would wake up to running water! Nick Dominguez was the embodiment of customer service that night. We had a toilet flush issue at 11pm. Their website let me schedule service for the next day. Russell and his assistant were here before 9AM. They worked through a torrential down pour and a flash flood warning to dig down to the problem and fix the pipe. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. They have all the right tools including a digital video camera to inspect the lines under the ground. They are not the cheapest but they are the best. I would hire them again and I highly recommend them.

Sean Yount and Robert were awesome! They came out to fix my broken water line on such short notice, and at the end of the day even. Sean came and found the problem in little time and was able to have Robert come help with the job...since a trench had to be dug and new water line ran. They worked from before 7pm to 11pm, to make sure water got restored that very day. Both were very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would definately recommend them and Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs!

Call in a problem at 9 PM and was told a plumber would be there at 10 PM. Nick Dominguez was on time and very professional. He worker for over two hours in the dark clearing the sewer pipe out to the city main only to find out that the problem was on the city side. We really appreciated his efforts and attitude. We have used Roto-Rooter before and will continue to use them in the future.
