I called at about 1 pm for a leak I had and at 5 tried calling a number of times with no answer. Then at about 5:15 a man called and said the plumber should finish the job they were on in about a half hour and would be out. At 7 I called again then was told the on calm plumber was on a Jon he would be out as soon as he was done. He got here at about midnight or a little after ands now I have major water damage. I called and talked to a manager who basically said well the leak isnt our fault so we are not responsible. She them said she would reimburse the advantage plan fee and pretty much said ok and was done. I would never use them again. Good luck if you choose to use them.

I wish the same that one reviewer mentioned about giving no star to represent the horrible experience with them. We had their technician "fix" the leaking shower last summer. It cost almost $300 bucks. After that we decided not to use this shower but the other two. Lately we have experienced leaks again. So we contacted the business three days in a roll. Everyday, they said someone would be in contact. But so far no calls and no visits. All I get from this business is poor quality of the service, poor communication and over priced. So here is my lesson to share. Consider other business in the area if you can.

Called them on 9-23 since it was after hours they told me I would receive a call the morning of 9-24 to setup a time to get my shower repaired. Never received a call. Then I call them this morning 9-25 and they tell me that they will get back to me tomorrow 9-26. Im in sales and when I fail to follow up I loose paying customers and their friends because of my failure to give proper customer service. This is quite blatantly a failure in customer service. Wont be using or recommending this company to anyone. I would suggest you use Shelton Plumping and local run company that cares about its customers

Brandon visited for my initial service call. He was very prompt and responded quickly. He addressed my water heater issue and educated me about all of my options for replacing the unit. I chose to go with a Marathon, and Brandon kept me informed every step of the way about the status of the arrival of my new unit. He brought Nathan to assist with the installation. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and polite, and they installed the unit professionally in a short time. Because of my good experience I would not only use Mr Rooter again, but I would also recommend the company to my friends.

came out to the house, took 3 days to do what I was told would be one day. Plumber was very unprofessional, bragged about higher paying jobs, belittled his assistant and even brought his 3 year old to the site for the day. They even destroyed a rock wall as they drove off, not to mention the issue they came out for is STILL not correct. The owner has come out and he too was very unprofessional. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

We had the pleasure of Robert being our technician and he was absolutely amazing. My husband is a disabled vet and suffers from PTSD and so having a stranger come into the home was very stressful for him.. Robert was patient and kind and most importantly he took the time to talk to my husband and never once seemed annoyed by it... Robert thank you for the great customer service and fixing our water bill problem...

HORRIBLE!!! 0 stars. Do not use them! They flooded my floors with crap and did not clean them up or warn me about it. I had to run to the store to get a mop and do it myself. And when I had to call a clean-up service, who they recommended, they did not reimburse the expense. And they didnt even fix my plumbing issue. Another plumber came out and fixed the issue within an hour with no mess!

Two plumbers came over, talked on the phone for 1 hour and dug out some of my bathtub drain. Walked to the door across my hardwood floors and tracked mud to the door! Then told me it would be $600.00!! I called their manager, it took him 1-1/2 hour to call back, he told them to leave. They didnt even clean up. This may be the worst service company in Central Texas!! Never use them!!

Disappointed. Took time off work for someone to come out to look at our drain. Got a call late in the day saying that they couldnt make it out because they were held up at another job. Lady on the phone was nice and apologetic and wanted to reschedule, however; I dont have time to take off anymore. Would have been nice to get a call earlier.

Texas Rangers-Fan

Biggest scam artist in Waco. Wanted to charge almost $600 to repair a piece that only cost $17 at Home Depot. $200 just to remove the toilet and $400 to do the work. All of this after already wasting $75 for them to drive to my house. Definitely will never use this company.

I used mr rooter to make a repair on a rental property of mine in Waco. They were very prompt, accommodating, and priced the work fairly. Ill be using them again but hopefully not too soon. Very satisfied with their work!
