Something that should have taken them 2 days took 2 weeks because they were so incredibly unorganized and kept having to go back for parts. They would never call to let me know they rescheduled their appointment time even though I sat around for 2 days waiting on them. They constantly forgot to call me back. The office blamed it on the guys working, and the guys working blamed it on the office. I now see why theyre one of the cheaper places in town

These guys were all about business, positive, got the job done at 1/3 the price and less time than other national plumbing drain company. I tried the other company 1st, they failed , 2.5 hours. no fix, suggested we cut into the walls and change pipes. Drain King fixed it , no walls cut, no pipes replaced, jut a simple snake job, amazing. Hire this company, they are honest and get the job done right.

King drain guys just finished removing and installing fancy facutes and valves and Walter filter and new toilet,they are very professional and extremely efficient and charge me fairly ,I like to thank them for excellent job also Marie in the office was very helpful , highly recommend to all things pluming
