I called to inquire a ball park estimate about the install of a hot water heater located in a garage. The lady on the phone refused to give me any estimate without paying a $59 service charge. I then asked what the cost of a new 50 gallon Hot Water heater cost, and she told me that I would have to pay the $59 charge before she could tell me ANY price on anything. Poor way of doing business.

Eric ensures that major problems and expense are avoided by his bi-annual inspections of our plumbing system, which is part of our membership in the Royal Club. Royal Plumbing has always done a good job. After the annual inspection today, 10-24-16, I had to crawl into my attic tonight and adjust the hot water heater since there was no hot water.
