I dont write many reviews but I rely on them when making decisions. This company is well worth my time. Our water heater went out and we called Creekmore based on a recommendation from family. Before I knew about them, I had called two other plumbing companies (both of which have never returned my calls). No games, just great service. Duane was very helpful. We told him we were considering replacing it ourselves and he said to call him if we had any questions! lol Then, he said, "Ill tell you what we charge and you can let me know." The price was MORE than reasonable and included removing the old and the cost of the new tank. It was what we expected to pay at Home Depot for the tank alone! Its easy to see why this company has been in business since 1948. What would have taken us 4 hours and a lot of Google research, he did in about 30 minutes. Very impressive.

I was referred to this company by church members because my hot water tank was leaking. I called and was given an appointment the same day. It was extremely hot that day but the service person (Mark) was on time and with his assistant, very efficient in the installation. They removed the old heater following the installation. The whole process took an hour and 40 minutes. The price was fair and less than another quote I received, I definitely recommend this company and will call them when I have future plumbing needs. Thank you!
