I called to schedule a service visit from this company. I specifically asked if they charged a dispatch or a service call - the answer on the other end was no. Well, come to find out its "no" if you decide to do the extravegantly priced service. The guys that showed up were extremely nice, but following their investigation that took a whole 2 minutes, calling their boss to get the price, my looking at them like they were crazy, they left. Then the "owner" called and said you have to pay them for coming over there - nevermind they were almost 2 hours later than they were supposed to be. I proceeded to let them know that I had specifically asked about this situation and that I was informed there would be no service call, I was then hung up on. Then they called back again and told me they were going to place a lien on my property for a supposed $75.00 "service charge" that shouldnt have existed in the first place.

Learn from my mistakes. Do NOT hire a plumber who asks for money upfront, before hes even done a smidge of work. Do NOT hire a plumber who only places his first name on his business card and estimate paperwork. Do NOT hire a plumber who does not have his plumber license number on his business card. Do NOT hire a plumber who complains that the work is harder than he anticipated and then more than doubles his original estimate. Stay far, far away from All Tarrant Plumbing!

Public Service Announcement: Stay far, far away form All Tarrant Plumbing in Keller Texas. They are dishonest, unprofessional and unqualified to call themselves plumbers. If anyone knows the governing agency that certifies plumbers and approves plumbing companies to operate will you please let me know. They need to be reported and shut down before they take your money too!

The plumber showed up an hour late. Then he complained about how hard the job was and said he wouldnt be able to do it today and would have to come back tomorrow. I called another company that said they could do it for about half the cost. So I paid $145 for a service call where he cut a hole in the drywall and didnt get anything done. I would never use these guys again.

The worst plumbing company in keller. This people only knowsa how to to ripped off customers pocket. I have used their service , frist of all they did job wrong ( did not admit that ) , charge me way too much for parts & labor and for permit. Owner is very dishonest person. I would not reccomend anyone to use this plumbing company.

I was in need of an Emergency Plumber to help resolve a drain cleaning problem and for my water heater repair and I was pleased with the service and price for these requests. They were able to come to my house quickly and fix my water heater and drain. A good choice for a plumber in this area.
