We contacted this company to take care of roaches in our home before moving in. We paid over $220 to rid our home of all the posts and it included a "warranty" or "satisfaction garuntee" Ive had them cone to my home every 2 weeks for the past 2 months because the problem has not been resolved and I feel that the roaches are worse now than before. Additionally, when they sprayed my yard for ants the ants just migrated inside into the bathrooms. My house is clean, the pests were here before we were. I am far from satisfied and Im getting really upset that in going to have to pay a different company to do the job that ABC claimed they could do. Thumbs down. I will not be recommending them to anyone. Edit to add: after posting this review I received a phone call from their team to apologize for the problem not being resolved like wed hoped and that they will be in contact with me to make further attempts with different means to attack our infestation. In the visits we had they used a bait that is not working for us so they are going to try something new for us. They are honoring their warranty and show awesome customer service. I will update my review again following the next attempt at extermination. We really hope they are able to figure out what can rid our home of these pests. Eta: it is now the end of October and I have had ABC PEST CONTROL out to my house every 10 days since leaving my review. They have been diligently trying to get rid of my pest problem but I still see roaches in my kitchen EVERY DAY ALL DAY. The problem is not fixed, I am not satisfied. To top this off, I gota phone call today telling me that I owe more money for them to be out here today! WHAT?! YOU HAVENT FIXED THE PROBLEM NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! I called you out here before I even moved into the house so that it could be taken care of prior to move in because I have Toby children and an infant! Here we are months later with ungodly amounts of roaches that you promised to rid me of and now you say I owe you more money? You havent done your job yet... no I dont think so. Satisfaction garuntee my a**. The woman who called days she is the supervisor but the 2 other people Ive spoken with were men who also claimed too be management. I dont know If this is miscommunication or no notes on my file but Im not paying extra for a job not done right.

I started doing business with Pest Fog 4 years ago, and was very pleased with the quarterly service I received. Then ABC took over and service continued to be good for a while. Then about 2 months ago they started scheduling me every 6 weeks, when I called and questioned the change in scheduling the lady looked it up and realized a mistake had been made and corrected the mistake, placing me back on my normal schedule. Then the next quarter it happened yet again, but this time when I called I was told that I have always been on a 6 week schedule since I started the service, which of course was not the case, as they were sending me the reminders every 3 months, and I tried to tell her that, to which I was told if I wanted quarterly service I would be charged more money because their products only last for 6 weeks. Funny how all of a sudden the same product I was getting every 3 months now only lasted for 6 weeks….hummm. I told the lady that maybe it was time for me to find another company as it was obvious to me that they perhaps have changed to cheaper products and were charging me the same amount for them. I then get a reminder card in the mail that my service treatment was overdue and to please call and schedule an appointment. So I called and told the lady I canceled my service, she asked if I would like to speak to a manager, I said I would love to, she comes back on the line and tells me the manager was on another call and would call me back that was weeks ago and no call back. They could care less about customer service I would not waste my time doing business with this company and with all the new growth currently going on in our area I cannot and will not recommend this company to incoming home owners. After talking to other ABC customers that have had nothing but repeated billing nightmares with them, it shows me that they just don’t know what they are doing on any level and reinforces my decision the drop this company. they dont even deserve the one star I have to give them in order to make this post!

We have been customers of this company, formerly Pest Fog for over 3 years. We stay on schedule for our quarterly treatments. About 4 weeks ago we had a treatment but have been seeing more and more bugs. I called to report this and request a tech come out as soon as possible to re-treat and was told that there was only one time this week they could come out but that was during my work day. Upon inquiring further about a time that would coincide with my time at home the receptionist/scheduler hung up on me. I called back this afternoon and spoke with a "manager" only to be told basically the same thing. Upon advising that they had just lost a customer I received the obligatory "Im sorry". I will never recommend ABC Home & Commercial Services to anyone! Its such a shame as Pest Fog was an awesome company. Terrible, terrible customer service!!!

Ive used ABC here in Corpus Christi since they bought out Pest Fog several years ago. I was very happy with Pest Fog and in the transition ABC changed a few things, but overall I am still very happy with their service, the technicians that come out, and their billing department. We had issues with scorpions at our new house in the country and were worried about getting someone to service it but ABC handled it and came back out several times until we got the issue under control.

ABC needs to improve their customer support policies. I paid $195 ($211 w/tax) for a one-time inspection and treatment for ants two months ago. Home inspection last week reported finding Carpenter ants. The best ABC pest could offer was to that I pay $195 again for another one time treatment since their one time treatment is good for only 30 days. Even spoke with a supervisor, Chip. What a shame, could not recommend company based upon their weak customer support policies.

I have been a customer for 2 years n I was very satisfied with the work. I tried a different company to see if I can get a better price and I have to say I was very dissatisfied with the other companies work and I have to say the only company Ive ever been with that did an amazing job with ABC. I would definitely recommend them to another customer. Thank you ABC.

The service when they came out was excellent. They answered every question I had, before and during treatment; the inspector was on time and thorough and considerate (even bringing in our herbs just to be on the safe side!). He gave me a full run-down of everything he did. I am very pleased.
