I have a brand new house (which innovation did the plumbing install on) that has had issues with the master toilet flushing and now the master sink and tub faucet leaking. I had to call them out twice because the toilet was not fixed the first time. Today they came to fix the sink and tub and tried to leave saying the sink just needed the be tightened when I pointed out it was still leaking so he replaced a part and said it was good. The tub they couldnt figure out what was wrong first then said it was a rubber piece. Shame on me for not checking their work again because tonight the sink is still leaking and I notice they just squirted as much caulk as they could into the faucet where it screws in which I just spent 30 minutes cleaning out to find that is is now leaking worse even when water isnt running. I guess they were just going to let that fill up and mold/seep into our stone and who knows what else. Our house is under warranty but I am seriously considering calling an actual plumber and paying for it so the job is completed correctly and these people dont damage my house even more!!! This place is a joke!!!!

This company is very unprofessional. They did the installation of my new house plumbing, made many mistakes and charged me for all of them. The company has had eight companies working out of the same office. They claim that the work must have been done by another team. I am tried of the run around. The office staff is rude. The company does not show up for their appointments. I have a trail of emails to back up my claims. They sent my final bill and expected payment within 24 hours. When they did not receive it in the 24 hours they put a lien on my home. Dont hire them, go somewhere else.
