My water heater was leaking all over my laundry room. My wife called Ricks Plumbing and they came out right away to shut the water off. The technician took time to explain what our options were and how much each options would cost and allowed us to choose which option was best for us and our budget. The water heater was 12 years old and needed to be replaced. They also installed safety measures to prevent this problem from happening again. They were in and out in several hours and cleaned up everything before they left. We are thrilled to find a clean professional plumber that is honest and does great work. If we have any other plumbing issues, we will definitely call Ricks Plumbing Service!

I want to thank Ricks for the great service today. We live 30 mintes outside of cleburne. They responded quickly to a water line broke in the pasture which they had to locate the leak since there was a large area that water was standing and had it fixed today. We had called a different plumbing company first they showed up looked around for a bit then told us that they could not help us and to call someone else. This is a company that we have used for over 20 years. Well they will never be called again Ricks will get all our business and anyone that asked I will tell them to call Ricks. Horrible experience would not recommend this company. We had them do a plumbing job on new construction and paid for the services rendered and the had a plumbing issue a year later and called them out and then all of a sudden they tried to say we had a outstanding balance of 1600.00 yet refused to provide us with a signed contract or not documentation from the services ther year prior. They now want threaten to take legal action and have still not bothered to provide the signed agreement and documentation that I asked for back in may. Very poor business practices and I would not recommend using them

We have been customers of Ricks Plumbing Services for the last 6 years. This week we could hear water slowly dripping behind our living room wall. We could see a small but growing puddle through the air return but could not identify where the dripping was coming from. We called Ricks and Mr. Ricky Shank came out to check out the problem. Mr. Shank certainly deserves a 5 star review for his knowledgeable handling of the problem but is even better with customer service, something we have come to expect from Ricks. He solved the problem, he did not damage the wall, and my wife is happy. Thanks

I am happy to announce that we have found a plumber we plan to use exclusively in the future. Danny, "Technician T-3", out of the Granbury, Texas Ricks Plumbing, exceeded all expectations by a country mile! He is intelligent, well-experienced and trained, considerate, thorough, dependable and we ended up paying even less than was quoted on the telephone. We will not hesistate to call Ricks in the future. You can take that to the bank.

You need a professional, call Ricks!! Had a significant gas leak in the main line that shut down my entire plant. Ricks crew arrived within an hour of the initial call and went to work immediately! Passed all inspections easily and quickly! I expected to be shut down much longer but they us ready to resume production in half the time. Fast, courteous, professional, and more than fair pricing. Ive been looking for a dependable plumbing contractor for several years, This company is the BEST Id give this company 6 stars!!!

I contacted this company for a quote on installing a new water softener after my old one quit. Their quote was $800.00!!! The average cost of having a plumber do this is $225.00. And if you give them a deposit, then change your mind about using them, good luck getting your money back. They have kept mine for over 30 days now and are trying to charge me for things NOT my fault! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Cannot recommend RICKS PLUMBING enough. From a slab leak a couple years ago that meant a torn up shower to get to the broken pipes to a leak from corrosion. J.T. fixed the first and Josh fixed the latter. Have always had quick, professional, trustworthy, and GREAT service from Ricks. Cannot say enough good things about them.

I just needed work done at my restaurant and they claimed I was trying to not pay for the horrible job to the sheriffs. DO NOT USE I posted real pictures of their work. Take a look.....
