They Solved the Problem in One Hour! I Recommend them Highly. After four months of bad odor in my beautiful Austin home, I had spent thousands of dollars contracting with pest control companies, rodent control companies, plumbers, air conditioning companies, a contractor, and even had the walls in this specific area of my home cut open to see what might be in there. (it was suggested that it was a dead rodent). However, before I took the next step I did some really deep digging and found Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain in Lakeway. Paul came the next day after I had called, walked into my house and immediately diagnosed the problem. I was astounded that he said I had a gas leak because 2 other plumbers had said I did not have a gas leak. He then recommended who I should call to fix the leaky valve on the furnace. Paul, I owe you so much. And you only charged me for an hour of work!!!!!!!! You are the best and I am recommending you whenever I can. : ) LSW Austin Texas

I called several different plumbing companies for my mother to get a price to replace her hot water heater. After waiting 1/2 a day, one company came out and seemed more interested in selling me a "service agreement" than replacing the hot water heater. Their estimate was outrageous! Neighborhood Plumbing came out for free the same day and gave me an estimate and the plumber didnt try to sell me anything else. The third company did not show up on time and called to reschedule. Needless to say, I called Neighborhood Plumbing back to replace the hot water heater. My mother was comfortable with them, their price was reasonable and they were clean and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had been calling around to get an outdoor faucet replaced. Many companies didnt call back and when they did we were quoted high prices. Today Allan with Neighborhood Plumbing came on time and replaced the faucet for considerably less than we had been quoted by another company. He was very professional, and even though he was working outside in the cold and rain he was upbeat and positive. Allan was professional and efficient. We are very happy with this company and will definitely patronize them in the future. We will ask for Allan! And we were impressed with Pam who works in the office as well.

Following the expiration of the warranty, the hot water heater in my home quit working. Paul, of Neighborhood Plumbing came highly recommended, but I was upset to learn the water heater could not be repaired. After examining the defective part, Paul requested the paperwork for the water heater and spent hours on the phone with the manufacturer. Thanks to Paul, the manufacturer agreed to provide a new water heater. In the end, I was responsible for the labor charges which were extremely reasonable. Since Paul was so trustworthy, I highly recommend Neighborhood Plumbing.

we had a toilet problem that another plumbing company told us it would take 4-8 weeks to get the replacement part. After 8 weeks and no help, we called Neighborhood Plumbing who came out the same day and fixed our problem immediately.The lady who answered the phone was courteous & polite. The gentleman who came was very professional,personable & polite. theyll be handling all our plumbing needs in the future.

I fully recommend this company. I recently had a dishwasher installed and they came out fully prepared for anything the job may have needed. It was installed perfectly and as a bonus they even cleanup after themselves leaving no mess behind. Also great to work with a company from the area! 100% satisfied.

I buy Bio One from Neighborhood Plumbing. Its a septic tank product that Ive used for a long time. Weve never had a problem. At one inspection someone asked if we even use the bathroom! Definately a great product.
