8-29-14 I just want to thank the 2 plumbers that witnessed my car crash this morning on Guadalupe. They saw this man change lanes into my car and then tried to race off, when he realized he had hit me. I followed him down Guadalupe until he pulled into a neighborhood and jumped out of his truck and started screaming at me. He said that I had hit his truck and was aggressively approaching me when your 2 plumbers rolled up. They told the crazy man that he better quit acting that way, because they saw the whole thing AND that he took off after he hit me. Since my car was basically undamaged and I was not hurt, I decided not to pursue any kind of insurance claim with this crazy man. But, if the plumbers had not pulled over, I think that guy was crazy enough and he may have actually hurt me. They were my angels!!! Thank you Demoss Plumbing, for hiring such honorable gentlemen. I will gladly recommend your company in the future, to anyone that needs a plumber. Sincerely, Peggy Rothenberger Legal Assistant to Henry Moore, Attorney

I had an issue with a plumbing leak. These guys were dispatched by my insurance company to diagnose the problem. Ins would pay for the diagnosis, but Id have been responsible to pay for repairs. They came on time, listened to me explain what happened, and within less than 5 minutes diagnosed that a bolt had come loose on the toilet, which caused the leak. I called my adjuster and he agreed they didnt need to perform the extensive testing since they found the problem. They tightened the bolt and did not charge me anything. How refreshing to find such honesty. I am very grateful and will definitely call them in future should I need any kind of help with plumbing. Well done. Thank you!

We had a leak under our kitchen sink that we were not quite sure how to address. We called DeMoss who came out and told us we needed to order a new sprayer hose, which we did. DeMoss wouldnt do any more work on it until we fixed that. As it turns out, the leak was coming from another part of the sink as I later figured out myself. When I called them back about the original incorrect assessment, they said, "thats the best we could do while there." They would not come back to do any additional work to make up for their mistake. Terrible customer service. $95 for someone to fix nothing and have us a buy a part we didnt need - Im in the wrong business.

my insurance company sent out these guys and they located my in slab sewer break incorrectly and later we discovered that they had broke the brass ring for our master toilet and installed the wrong wax ring causing a bad smell thru out house which i finally had repaired by another professional that found the broken pipe with ease and fixed the toilet which he said would have only had taken them a few extra minutes to repair properly and was obvious to them that they had broken it prior to resetting the toilet DONT USE THESE PEOPLE

Strung along for 6 months with nothing but empty promises. They kept telling me it would in two weeks or next week. They would promise to call me to let me know if they would come out or not, but never did. I finally gave up on them. You would think a $10-30K job would be a priority. The only thing this company had going for them was 1) the person that initially came out was thorough and very nice and 2) their price couldnt be beat. I am now willing to pay a premium to not deal with these folks. STAY AWAY!
