EXTREMELY dissatisfying experience. As far as I am concerned, these guys are scam artists. Hired them to repair a leaking toilet at my home. Initial quote: about 2 hours @ $120/hour. Once they removed the toilet, it immediately became "more complicated". On-site crew was unprepared (had me run to the plumbing supply store 3 times for parts, most of which were never used) and not diligent (frequent breaks outside, lots of phone calls, sat around while I ran for parts). Work not complete at the end of the first day. The next day, they tell me cost is $2450 to date, rate is $190/hour (for plumber and unskilled helper), AND THE WORK IS STILL NOT DONE. I can agree to pay up, or they will walk off the job and leave me with a completely non-functioning toilet. I refused to pay this outrageous bill, and they walked off the job. Ill have to have another plumber fix my toilet. Im a fool for falling for this scam. I should have seen it coming.

Great Plumber, we had a leak on our old storage water heater and they came out quick and gave us a few options and we went ahead and upgraded to a tankless water heater. They were great and courteous by keeping things clean and quiet since we have a baby that was sleeping. Highly recommend this plumber!

Ernest Duran and his crew did a horrible job resetting a sink to a granite countertop, after multiple attempts to get a hold of him to fix the problem they never responded. DO NOT do business with Austin Facility Services, they are scammers and do not back up their work.
