I was informed by my water company that I had a leak. My water bill had tripled, and I was at a complete loss. I was referred by the city to Precision Leak Protection. When I called I was clueless. I just told them the water company had come and told me about a leak and that I really didnt have any more information. I spoke with Kevin Dugi who was very helpful. He assured me that he could take care of the situation, and not to worry. I am not very mechanically inclined- but Kevin took the time to explain things in simple terms so I wasnt confused. We made an appointment for the next day. Kevin Dugi came out to the property and performed the detection. I briefly showed him around the house and then left him to it. Before he left I knew exactly where the problem was, how much it took to fix it, and when they could be out to perform the repair. I really dont think you can beat that. I was very happy and have since referred this company to a friend with a pool leak who was also pleased. MLS

We had a leak in the ceiling under our second story. We called our insurance company and they required that we have a leak detection company come out first. My insurance would cover the leak detection and based on the findings may not cover all the repairs. We did not want to have our water turned off for several days so we were pleased that Precision Leak could make it out the next day. They were wonderful to work with and handled emailing the insurance company for their services. They also recommended a plumbing company to fix the leak and spoke with them to let them know where the leak was and the plumbing company came out an quickly repaired it. Overall it could have been a very complicated process but ran smoothly. Thank you!

I own several rent houses and in the past have used another leak detection company when I have had issues. Unfortunately they would not be able to schedule me for several weeks out. I decided to give Precision Leak Detection a try because every day I have to have water turned off or pay for the water meter to keep spinning costs me money. Kevin was very pleasant to speak with and was able to schedule me the next day! The diagnosis took about 3 hours and was not invasive.
