I tried giving this company the benefit of the doubt, I figured their bad ratings were just uptight people; but I was wrong. The ME in the company name must refer to just who it is this company cares about from their own perspective. Clearly they are not interested in helping customers with issues. I called their San Marcos number 3 times and was greeted by a gruff and obviously annoyed old man the first time, where he muttered an incomprehensible greeting through a tin can and some string. When I tried to say "hello" to see if he could even hear me, he outright hung up. The second call was answered and then immediately hung up, without a word. The third call I actually got to talk to the boy (because a man does not act like that) and he said he had no one to get to it today and didnt even offer to send someone out another time. When I asked when they could get to it, he said tomorrow and refused to give me a time saying "I have other things to do tomorrow." This is extremely unprofessional and reflects very poorly on Michael Edwards and his employees. I will never use this company, nor any of its contracted plumbers if I know they are affiliated. This is embarrassing and treating potential customers in such a rude manner is disgusting. I can only hope that these complaints are heard or read by anyone else and they are able to make a better informed decision based on it.

Was charged over $500 to fix a clogged drain in the bath tub, was charged for time when the plumbers werent even there. Plumbers left a big hole in the wall in my closet, was told they would send someone out to fix it. Stopped answering my calls and couldnt get a hold of anyone for two weeks. Finally had my land lord call and they sent someone out the next day. Drywall people patched the hole but told me they were told NOT to paint it. Very unprofessional. Would never use them again. You spoke with my land lord ONCE (quit lying), and to be completely honest it wasnt even my landlord you spoke to it was a friend of mine, and the next day the drywall people came out to look at it, and that was AFTER yall blew me off for TWO weeks. Also the hole in the wall was there because your guys tried to force the access panel in a hole that was too small and caused the drywall to cave in, yes yall had it fixed at your expense like you should have done, but you couldnt even pay to have it fixed 100 percent and in top of that you were giving me the run around and probably werent ever going to fix it had my "landlord" not called. Horrible business, shady people, DONT use this company

Brian and Cody came out within an hour of calling them. They asked questions about what was going on and immediately went in and fixed the problem by removing the toilet and snaking the lines to include the shower. To make sure the problem was fixed they asked us to run water upstairs and downstairs so they could check for correct drainage and no leaks. Before leaving they took the time to clean the shower and floor around the toilet with disinfectant cleaner and everything they were in contact with as well as asking if we had any questions for them. These two guys were very polite and professional and we would recommend ME Plumbing to anyone.

I want to commend 2 staff members of Mike Edwards plumbing (M E Plumbing) for their professionalism and their quick work on a project at my house. Bob and Mr. Benavides were very neat, and clean and completed the task in a conservative amount of time and explained all the details of the job as they moved forward. This company was wonderful! I would ignore the negative reviews. I was not able to get an appointment the same day but that was fine because they came out the next day and diagnosed that I had a broken sewer line under foundation. After some extensive work including tunneling and repairs the issue was fixed and prevented future foundation problems that I was worried about having. They were respectful and kept me informed the whole time. I would definitely recommend!

We had a commode overflowing and they were there in less than hour. They were very professional and did their job very well. After removing backed up sewer in the shower and commode, they removed the commode and unstopped the drain. They reset the commode and cleaned the shower and bath room floor and disinfected floor and shower. They did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. Tried multiple times to get M.E. Plumbing out to my place to look at a slab leak at my house. They were absolutely not interested in trying to get out there, even though I told them Id pay whatever I needed to get my leak fixed. Seems like they are more interested in helping big businesses and not homeowners. Will not recommend to anyone.

They are VERY professional - they show up when they say they will, do the work that is promised at the price that we agreed upon, and leave a clean environment.
