Brad did a great job and took the time to really understand and solve our plumbing problems. Wed had no fewer than three other plumbers who had come out previously and proposed everything from "Its hopeless, just live with it," to "$6000 to excavate and lay all new pipe". Brad actually knew how (or at least was honest enough) to fix our existing fixtures, and was done in about an hour. Did I mention he was also super nice?

Prompt and courteous. I appreciated that he took the time to make sure I understood everything, especially since Im in a new house and know nothing about plumbing. What I paid seemed very reasonable to me, but even if it was high Im happy to pay more for his great service. I dont look forward to having future plumbing issues, but Im glad to know who to call!
