Terrible customer service. Used MDS to repair a sewage issue that caused extensive damage to my basement. They did an adequate job on the repair work so that is a positive. However, I was dealing with a time sensitive issue where I had to coordinate with insurance and contractor due to the damage in my home stemming from the plumbing issue. I tried to contact them on 3 separate occasions during the course of a week. All 3 times I was told that someone would call me back. Nobody ever called me back. They told my insurance company and me that the plumbing issue is what caused the flooding. But when I asked for that in writing, she said someone would call me back. Nobody called me back. I was told that the prior owner of the house had known about this plumbing issue and had had regular work done on it in the past. But when I asked for that in writing, she said shed find out about it and someone would call me back. Again, nobody called me back. Really frustrated with this company and will not use them again in the future.

Called on a late Friday afternoon with a leaking pipe by hot water heater thinking theres no way someone will come out on such short notice. I was surprised when someone answered saying Id get a call back shortly to arrange a time. Brian called back, asked about the issue and said he was on his way! Within minutes he was there and replacing the leaky pipe section. The service was great - Id say even better than what I would have expected. I have businesses myself so I appreciate someone who is professional and puts forth the extra effort to do a job well. I hope to not have plumbing issues in the future but if/when I do I know who Im calling. If youre scanning reviews of companies I hope this one helps in making your decision.

We had an old water heater that was past its prime that decided to start leaking from the bottom, after everyone was closed of course. I called and left a message with the answering service and got a call back the next morning. They got someone out that day to fix us up, thank goodness! Our water heaters shut off valve was also broken so we had shut off the water to the house. Needless to say they saved the day and we couldnt be happier. I know who I will be calling the next time I need a plumber.

I highly recommend them for all your plumbing services. When I called they took care of me Right away. Within the hr I had Larry at my house. He is so friendly and kind snd efficient. Explained what he was doing. Fixed my problem and more with 2 hrs.the price was very reasonable and they clean everything up before leaving! I will call them for all my plumbing needs!! What a awesome plumbing company! ! Great job Larry!!

They responded way more quickly than we expected. After calling at 6pm on a Friday night, our issue was resolved before noon the next day. The next time we have any plumbing issues, well be calling MDS Plumbing. The weekend rates are a little more than you would pay during the week, but the cost was still much less than we expected.

The dispatcher or operator is very courteous and helpful. The plumber was competent, quick and patient - he answered a bunch of stupid questions I had. I appreciate that. The price was reasonable. Theyll be the first call, should I have a problem in the future.

I called them first thing in the morning and they were able to send someone out within the hour. Their prices were cheaper than 2 other companies that I called for quotes. All in all it was fast, friendly and cheap service. No complaints Ill use them again.

When I called they were friendly and sent someone right out. The plumber was very fast, friendly, and even fixed a few extra things I asked him about while he was here. The price was very reasonable too. Will definitely use them if something else arises.

My kitchen sink stopped draining. Called these guys at about 6:30PM, Larry came out and very quickly had things in order. Very happy with the job he did and the reasonable price. I would do business with them again.
