I am new to the area and was looking for a reliable repair shop...I am still looking. I had over $900 in repairs and when I looked at my bank statement I found that I was overcharged by $300 on my card. The owner had problems swiping my card on what looked like an antique machine, so I thought no problem, he swiped it once too many times. BIG problem when I went back the next day and informed him of the mistake he made. I showed him where I had too many debits, and he wouldnt even call his bank, he insisted that his records were correct and said I was out of luck, CROOKED REPAIR SHOP! I had to file a dispute with my bank and got my money back from his bank, VERY UNSATISFACTORY. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!

Ive used Robbie Lopez and his guys for over 15 years. He has never steered me wrong. He has always come in under his quote price and been completely honest. A few years back I needed a repair. Since I was there I had them look at my brakes. I told them I have the money to fix them now so lets get it done. Later that day Robbie told me I didnt need new brakes, that all the noise was just brake dust and that I have another 5,000 miles on them. Most other shops would have done the work and taken the money. Instead he did the right thing and got a customer for life. I now live in north Euless and still go to south Irving for any car repair.

Absolutely a blessing! Replaced my radiator, cap, all hoses, thermostat and even aired up my tires at an unbeatable rate. Half the price of others! Everyone at my business uses Lopez Automotive and swears by them and now I do too. I will NEVER go anywhere else!! If you want someone who will be honest with you, quote you a fair price and fix your car right the first time then Lopez is where you need to go. My parents went to Lopez for years and I now take my cars there. I cant say enough good things about Robbie and his team. As long as you are honest with them, Robbie does his best to work with what he is given. I can assure you if you hand your car over to Robbie you can rest assured knowing its in the right hands.

This is the best auto shop experience I have had so far, hands down. I had a shop I like in Plano but didnt want to risk driving a car with a problem all the way to Plano now that I live in Irving. I came to this place based on the reviews. Robby was friendly and quickly diagnosed my problem without trying to upsell. No one wishes for car trouble, but if you do have an issue this is where you should take your car. Cute shop cat, too.

Just had my 06 Subaru serviced here. I cant say enough good things about the service - it was done quickly and at a very fair price. Robby and his team were extremely friendly and the service received here was quite unlike any auto repair shop Ive ever been to (in a good way). Most frustrating place to try to deal with I have ever called. They tell you to make an apt to get it ckd out and then tell you something different when you follow their instructions,I guess they do not care about getting new business that was referred to them, Ive tried twice and continue to get a runaround, and never once did they ask what was wrong with it

This is a family owned Auto Repair center. They are always honest, very reasonable, and very accommodating. The repairs weve had on our vehicles here have all gone well. They give you real estimates and real repairs and stick the time frame. Very professional. They are an outstanding local business.

 $190 for the starter, $75 for labor + $tax.
 
 He said their cost for the starter was $165... about the same price on the web w/shipping.

Rude ass owner, i called to get a quote and phone hung up so i called back and tmobile dropped the call again so i called a third time and the owner was a dick he swore up and down i was hanging up on him....never again ..and dumb tmobile recption.
