I have been a frequent consumer buying cars over the last 15 years of my life, pretty much changing cars every 2 to 3 years, in different car dealers in different cities due my line of work in the airline industry as regional sales manager all the time doing finance etc. In all of those years, my recent experience with Texas Direct Auto Care has been by far, astonishing I am really amazed of how they really believe in customer service and going the extra mile or I like to call it: The value added service. the entire process since calling them to make an appointment, the fact that they give you the first oil change free when you buy a vehicle with this dealer to the actual presence when I arrived to the dealer, friendly and professional service, I had the pleasure of meeting my service advisor Juan Jimenez who promplty took care of me, the service was done properly fast and in a timely manner, they also wash and vacuum my car, they offered me advise on the service maintenance on my MB GL450 timatic 2011 but in top of that, I had a question regarding a cosmetic part of one of the seats that had fallen off they quickly called the MB dealer gave me a quote and offered to order the part, I usually dont take the time to do these kind of reviews but this time I felt compelled due the experience i had yesterday 04/17/14, I strongly suggest instead of going to the brand dealer go to Texas Direct auto care for your service needs you wont regret it, Finally they hook up with a reward program that if you do the oil changes with them after 3 they give you a free one, in top of the first one that is free, so in other words, you do 5 oil changes with them, and they give you 2 free!!! thanks for reading bye from houston tx 77065

I have visited Texas Direct Auto Care after purchasing a BMW from TDA in May. The first time I visited was to have an electric window repaired. I received a Task number from the sales representative and contacted Mike Rook and he scheduled me to come in and have it repaired. When I arrived, Joe Provenzano promptly met me and understood the issues and began the service repair process. While I waited in the Auto Care waiting area, I found it very customer friendly to allow me to have coffee, and to work on the internet to link into my office and to get work done while I waited. After a few hours, Joe walked back to me and handed me the key and said everything was completed as I had requested. My second time was a week or so later and again Mikes team scheduled me for service that met my schedule, Joe Provenzano again met me and rode in the car to experience the problem. Thinking I would be there a large part of the day I had brought work with me. I again got coffee, set up my laptop on the wireless connection and began to work through the link to my office. Within about 30 minutes, Joe walked up to me again and handed me my key and said the service team had identified the issue in the computer system of the vehicle and had adjusted it and repaired the issue. I want to thank Mike, Joe and the service team for their efficient service and care, but even more importantly I thank them for making my experience with the Texas Direct Auto Care an extremely seamless and convenient expereince. I cannot say that I have ever had such excellent service and attention by any other auto care service team anywhere as i have had with Texas Direct auto Care. Thank you.

My husband and I received extremely poor communication from the service technician. We dropped our car off on 7/27 for warranty work - specifically to replace front wheel hub bearings. We were given conflicting information all throughout the 8 days that our car was there. In chronological order: 1. parts are on their way 2. car will be ready for pickup 3. there is no record of any repair work being done 4. Customer Relations states there is nothing she can do to help and that there is no loaner car system in place 5. the parts havent been ordered 6. parts are on their way 7. the wrong parts were delivered 8. Service Manager involved on day 8 and helped expedite the repair We are appreciative of the Service Managers intervention. However, had we known that this is the kind of service we would receive overall, we probably would have gone elsewhere to buy our car. As it is, we had planned to purchase our teenage sons car from Texas Direct Auto, but will now be looking elsewhere. Please do not advertise "free loaner car available for all major repairs" when you are not going to follow through. The level of inconvenience may have been alleviated somewhat had we been provided that benefit.

The Texas Direct Auto service department is the best service department I have ever used. They have always gone the extra mile to insure the service issues were addressed, and the regular service needs were handled professionally and quickly. The respect they have shown to me as a customer who can buy from any dealership is why i come back to TDA. My time is important and they have always let me know they respect that. Your friendly Professional staff C. Dangerfield and M. Rook are examples of what every auto service department should strive to obtain. Service with integrity and honesty, They have it RIGHT. Texas Direct Auto has earned my business for life!!! I have come back to purchase my last 4 autos because time after time after time, I have been given the best in customer service. The sales department has helped me find cars and trucks that have exceeded my expectations . On the other hand the service after the sale has been outstanding!!!!! I am looking forward to my next purchase. Thanks Guys, Keep up the outstanding work, Barry Coles

I took in my 2005 Lincoln Navigator to repair the front suspension which would drop down to the tires on cold days/nights. After taking it to the Lincoln dealership and getting their estimate, I wanted a second opinion. The Lincoln dealership wanted to clean out my savings account. My friend told me about Texas Direct Auto Care. I was greeted by Mike Rook at my vehicle when I pulled in. I was told they would look over my SUV and give me a call with an estimate since I had a ride back to work. I got a call from Mike and their price was 50% less than the dealership. They opted to replace the entire front air suspension instead of trying to replace worn parts on an 8 year old air ride. They ordered the parts and had my SUV back to me in 3 days. My Navigator rides smooth again on those cold days like the day I bought it. I will defiantly be returning for all my future repairs on both of my vehicles. I even referred my mother in law to get her brakes and tires done there. Thanks for saving me money and doing a great job.

I have updated my review because within an hour of leaving the previous one, I received a call from Mike, who is going above and beyond to take care of me. He also has taken the necessary steps so that no one else can fall through the cracks like this. That is all I wanted. If I could give them lower than a 1 star I would. This is the second time I have had to take my car here. I bought the vehicle from them, and they have had my vehicle this time for 17 days, not one return phone call to tell me what is going on. The first time they had my vehicle for nearly a month, same issue, they do not give a damn about customer service. I call and call, leave messages, no one calls back. I finally get Joe on the phone, he says he is calling the warranty company, he does not know if they had been out, when I was told by Eric the day I brought it in, that the inspector from the warranty company would be there the following Monday or Tuesday. Is it that hard to call someone back and tell them if their vehicle will EVER BE READY?
