They will tell you there units are approximately whatever, but in truth they are not approximately anything. I rented a unit with them, 10X5, when I measured it was 9X4 but they were charging me for a 10X5. When I approached the (Tina Trutta) manager about it she showed me my contract and where it stated "approximately". I told her that was not acceptable business practice to tell someone they are getting one thing and give them another. The following week I received an eviction notice to vacate the property. When I contacted the district manager (Hope Hill) she told me they were within their right. There is no where to contact their corporate office. The whole operation is run questionably based on convulsions and deceit. They will lie to you and when you point it out they will lie even more to protect themselves. Hope Hill and Tina Trutta should not be working but should be arrested for fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud. They are knowingly stealing under the guise of the word approximate.

Me and my wife are going through a divorce. Some of her stuff i had put in storage. When she had come to get it i had explained the situation to Mrs. Ellen Richards and she was very nice and understanding and completly helpful,she very much went out of her way to get us through and i am very greatful for it. The units and place in general is very clean and with wonderful staff here i totally recomend and will definatly use again. Thank you Mrs. Ellen Richards and extra space storage!

They LIARS....LIARS...LIARS!!!! I paid the same amount every month, then all of a sudden there were these unexplained charges that were doubled. I ended up losing extremely sentimental items that can not be replaced. When I tried contacting the district manager to save my stuff I heard nothing back. They are nothing but common thieves and filthy liars!!!!!! I will be calling the Better Business Bureau!!!!!
