We recently put our house on the market. We were looking for a place to store some of our extra furniture and belongings while our house is being sold. I looked on the internet and found several storages around the area. After making 3-4 calls to different starage places, I called AAffordable Storage. They were very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. Ron even gave me some helpful hints to ask other storages about what they had. He went way beyond what I expected from someone to do to help me be informed. After inviting me to come look at the storage building, I was very pleased with the building, the room and how cool the building really was. Ron and I discussed what might be the best size I might need and told me he would give me a free month if I signed up. I would have signed up anyway. I felt so comfortable talking with Ron and knew that this was the place we would choose. He is definatly a customer service person who is very knowledgable and friendly. I would recommend if you are looking for a storage unit to see Ron.

The best in customer service and perfect facility . Clean,Bug free,Save ,& made me feel welcome from day one. Needed unit bad and quickly due to life events and Ron was wonderful helpful and greatly appreciated. Loved the location cuz it was close for me,Unbeatable price and all the perks considering last storage place id had. It was a real dump, But here Clean Always. No garbage,NO BUGS!! Great security inside and out so always felt safe. Bathrooms were beautiful not trashy or gross. Even vending machine for soft drinks.. Friendly people. Absolutely will use again.Thank you again Ron it was a pleasure :-)

A great place to store items and furniture in between moves. Ron Duck was a blessing helping us through our move. Unfortunately, the loan on our home did not come through in time and we had all of our possessions in the moving truck. Since our apartment closed their doors on us we had no place to store our truck. We rented the truck for 2 days but Ron was able to get us an extension for a reasonably low price. On top of that, he found us a safe place to park our truck. This guy truly care about his customers well being!

If youre looking for professional caring service this is the place. We stopped at all the climate controlled storage facilities in the area and they were okay - some good some bad. BUT When we visited Aaffordable Climate-Controlled Storage on 494 Ron went out of his way to help us identify exactly the size we needed, gave us immediate after hour access and even offered to stay after hours if we arrived late. The customer service, care and facility cleanliness exceeded our expectations at any price.

Violated debt collectiin practices by embarrassing me telling a customer of MINE that i owed a bill and was getting evicted. Ron also stated to me that he threw my belongings away and had it hauled off but wouldnt tell me when or by whom. Tbis all occurred over me being late by less than 5 days and during tne time i lost my home. Do not lease from him. He will send harrassing text messages after offering to come in over the weekend to help you.

I never have to worry about my furniture or belongings because I know theyre are in a safe and VERY clean facility. If I could rate this business 6/5 I would because Ron goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations every time. Hes always there to help, ask how youre doing, and answer any questions you might have. I love the "hometown" feeling Ron provides. My entire family uses his services and all of us enjoy Rons company and professionalism.

Quite possibly the best experience Ive ever had with storage. This location is clean, well lit, and climate controlled. I know a lot of places advertise as much, and this location means it...even in the hottest summers. Ron Duck, the manager, takes care of this location like hes taking care of his possessions. He is always looking for ways to make the place better, safer, and more secure. I trust my stuff here.

Store it All was awesome to work with. When we moved here we overflowed their largest room. Unfortunately they were full, but Ron went the extra mile to find us additional space at a competitor that he trusted. Talk about unbelievable customer service!! I cant think of too many people who would do that. I dont give five stars very often, but Ron and Store it all deserve the highest I can give.
